METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING EXPANSION JOINT FOR BRIDGE
The present invention relates to a method for constructing an expansion joint device for a bridge. The present invention aims to enhance workability by securing a relatively wide working space and a clear view, thereby reducing construction time and costs. In addition, a gap between first and second slabs is blocked to prevent a bicycle or a vehicle from falling even when the first and second slabs are moving. Moreover, the present invention aims to prevent damages caused by the movement of the slabs. The method for constructing an expansion joint device for a bridge of the present invention comprises: a first step in which first and second base plates are installed on opposite ends of the neighboring first and second slabs, wherein the first and second base plates are installed after first and second transverse direction movement guide plates, first and second longitudinal direction movement guide plates, first and second finishing plates, and first and second drain board fixing frames are assembled in the first and second base plates; a second step in which both sides of a drain board are respectively assembled in the first and second drain board fixing frames, installed through the first step, to install the drain board; and a third step in which a lower cover plate is assembled in first and second finger portions, and the first and second finger portions are respectively assembled in the first and second base plates.
본 발명은 교량의 신축 이음 장치 설치 방법에 관한 것으로, 넓은 작업공간과 시야 확보를 통해 시공성을 향상하여 공기 단축과 공사 비용을 절감하고, 또한, 제1,2슬래브가 거동하여도 제1,2슬래브 사이를 막아 보행자나 자전거 및 차량이 빠지는 것을 방지하고 또한 슬래브의 거동으로 인한 파손을 방지하는 것을 목적으로 한다.본 발명에 의한 교량의 신축 이음 장치 설치 방법은, 서로 이웃하는 제1,2슬래브의 마주하는 단부에 제1,2베이스판을 설치하되, 상기 제1,2베이스판에 제1,2횡방향 거동안내판과 제1,2종방향 거동안내판과 제1,2마감판 및 제1,2배수판 고정틀을 먼저 조립한 후 설치하는 제1단계와; 상기 제1단계를 통해 설치된 제1,2배수판 고정틀에 배수판의 양측을 각각 조립하여 상기 배수판을 설치하는 제2단계와; 제1,2핑거부에 하부덧판을 조립하며, 상기 제1,2핑거부를 각각 상기 제1,2베이스판에 조립하는 제3단계를 포함한다.

The present invention relates to a method for constructing an expansion joint device for a bridge. 본 발명은 교량의 신축 이음 장치 설치 방법에 관한 것으로, 넓은 작업공간과 시야 확보를 통해 시공성을 향상하여 공기 단축과 공사 비용을 절감하고, 또한, 제1,2슬래브가 거동하여도 제1,2슬래브 사이를 막아 보행자나 자전거 및 차량이 빠지는 것을 방지하고 또한 슬래브의 거동으로 인한 파손을 방지하는 것을 목적으로 한다.본 발명에 의한 교량의 신축 이음 장치 설치 방법은, 서로 이웃하는 제1,2슬래브의 마주하는 단부에 제1,2베이스판을 설치하되, 상기 제1,2베이스판에 제1,2횡방향 거동안내판과 제1,2종방향 거동안내판과 제1,2마감판 및 제1,2배수판 고정틀을 먼저 조립한 후 설치하는 제1단계와; 상기 제1단계를 통해 설치된 제1,2배수판 고정틀에 배수판의 양측을 각각 조립하여 상기 배수판을 설치하는 제2단계와; 제1,2핑거부에 하부덧판을 조립하며, 상기 제1,2핑거부를 각각 상기 제1,2베이스판에 조립하는 제3단계를 포함한다.
