A grip type lock device for a sliding window is disclosed. The grip type lock device for a sliding window according to the present invention comprises: a housing portion coupled to a window frame slidably connected to a frame of a window frame having a striker portion; a retaining portion supported by the housing portion, connected to the housing portion so as to be movable relative to the retaining portion, and provided with a retaining bar selectively engaged with the striker portion; and a grip portion supported by the housing portion, relatively rotatably connected to the housing portion, and provided with a rotation grip moving the retaining bar in a direction in which the retaining bar approaches and separates from the front surface of the striker portion in accordance with a relative rotation with respect to the housing portion.
슬라이딩 창호용 그립형 잠금장치가 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 슬라이딩 창호용 그립형 잠금장치는, 스트라이커부가 장착된 창틀 프레임에 슬라이딩 이동 가능하게 연결된 창문 프레임에 결합되는 하우징부와, 하우징부에 지지되며 하우징부에 상대이동 가능하게 연결되어 스트라이커부에 선택적으로 걸림결합되는 걸림 바아를 구비하는 걸림부와, 하우징부에 지지되며 하우징부에 상대회동 가능하게 연결되어 하우징부에 대한 상대회동에 따라 걸림 바아를 스트라이커부의 정면에 대하여 접근 및 이격되는 방향으로 이동시키는 회동 그립을 구비하는 그립부를 포함한다.
