Grip Handle Type Locking Device for Sliding Window
According to the present invention, provided is a grip handle-type locking device of a sliding window. A striker fixed to a window frame and a locker of a locked or unlocked automatic locking assembly is installed in a body of a grip handle assembly to be linkable with a grip handle. Thus, the overall configuration of a device is simplified, and at the same time, the installation work of the device is very convenient. A locking failure of the striker caused by excessive protrusion of the locker can be prevented. An interval between the outer surface of a body side wall of the grip handle assembly and the locking surface of the locker is shortened maximally. An operation of forming a through-hole through which a striker passes on the inner wall surface of a door frame insertion groove may be omitted. The grip handle-type locking device of the present invention comprises: a striker fixed to a window frame; and a grip handle assembly fixed to a door frame. The grip handle assembly comprises: a body; a locker locked or unlocked to or from a locking groove of the striker; a first elastic member for applying elastic force to always maintain the locker in a locking position; a grip handle for moving the locker from the locking position to an unlocking position; and an interlocking means converting a rotary motion of the grip handle into a linear reciprocating motion of the locker. A locker adjusting means for adjusting a protruding length of a locker protruding from a body is provided, and a protrusion part is formed to protrude from a contact surface of a striker to lower a contact point of the striker contacting the inclined surface of the locker.
본 발명은 창틀에 고정되는 스트라이커와 록킹 또는 록킹해제되는 자동잠금조립체의 록커를 그립핸들조립체의 몸체 내부에 설치하여 그립핸들에 연동 가능하게 구성함으로써 장치의 전체 구성을 대폭 간소화함과 동시에, 장치의 설치작업을 매우 편리하게 하고, 록커의 과도한 돌출에 의해 발생하는 스트라이커와의 록킹 불량을 방지할 수 있으며, 그립핸들조립체의 몸체 측벽외면과 록커의 걸림면 사이 간격을 최대한 단축시켜 도어틀 삽입홈 안쪽벽면에 스트라이커가 통과하는 관통구멍 형성작업을 생략할 수 있는 미닫이 창호의 그립핸들 타입 잠금장치를 제공한다. 본 발명의 그립핸들 타입 잠금장치는, 창틀에 고정되는 스트라이커와, 도어틀에 고정되는 그립핸들조립체를 구비하고, 그립핸들조립체는 몸체와, 스트라이커의 록킹홈에 록킹 또는 록킹해제되는 록커와, 록커가 항상 록킹위치에 있도록 탄성력을 작용시키는 제1 탄성부재와, 록커를 록킹위치에서 록킹해제위치로 이동시키기 위한 그립핸들과, 그립핸들의 회전운동을 록커의 직선왕복운동으로 전환하는 연동수단을 포함하여 이루어지며, 몸체로부터 돌출되는 록커의 돌출길이를 조절하기 위한 록커조절수단을 구비하고, 록커의 경사면과 접촉하는 스트라이커의 접촉지점을 낮추기 위한 돌출부를 스트라이커의 접촉면으로부터 돌출 형성한 것이다.
