Exothermic Asphalt Concrete Composition and Constructing Methods Using Thereof
In the present invention, provided is an exothermic asphalt concrete composition comprising, with respect to 100 parts by weight of asphalt, 10-30 parts by weight of a phase change material, 5-50 parts by weight of styrene isoprene styrene, 5 to 50 parts by weight of styrene butadiene styrene, 2-15 parts by weight of a UV-ray absorption agent, 10-1,000 parts by weight of an aggregate, 2-15 parts by weight of a deformation prevention agent, 5-40 parts by weight of a filler, 10-40 parts by weight of nanoceramic particles, 10-40 parts by weight of waste tire powder, 2-15 parts by weight of a rubber aging prevention agent, 3-15 parts by weight of a silane compound, 1-10 parts by weight of a stabilizer, 1-10 parts by weight of a performance enhancer, 2-20 parts by weight of fiber, 5-20 parts by weight of an attachment promoter, and 0.1-5 parts by weight of an anti-oxidation agent. According to the present invention, the exothermic asphalt concrete composition has good durability, is not easily aged and/or does not easily scale. Meanwhile, the exothermic asphalt concrete composition prevents permeating water and potholes, reduces noise, and has an effect of preventing a road from being frozen in winter by using latent heat.
본 발명은 아스팔트 100중량부를 기준으로, 상변화물질 10 내지 30중량부; 스티렌이소프렌스티렌 5 내지 50중량부; 스티렌부타디엔스티렌 5 내지 50중량부; 자외선흡수제 2 내지 15중량부; 골재 10 내지 1,000중량부; 변형방지제 2 내지 15중량부; 충진제 5 내지 40중량부; 나노세라믹 입자 10 내지 40중량부; 폐타이어 분말 10 내지 40중량부; 고무노화방지제 2 내지 15중량부; 실란화합물 3 내지 15중량부; 안정제 1 내지 10중량부; 성능개선제 1 내지 10중량부; 파이버 2 내지 20중량부; 부착증진제 5 내지 20중량부; 및 산화방지제 0.1 내지 5중량부를 포함하는 발열성 아스팔트 콘크리트 조성물을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 발열성 아스팔트 콘크리트 조성물은 내구성이 좋고, 소성변형, 노화 및/또는 박리가 쉽게 발생하지 않으면서도, 침투수 및 포트홀을 방지하고, 소음을 저감하며, 잠열을 이용한 발열로 겨울철 도로 결빙을 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
