본 발명은 아스팔트 100중량부 기준으로, 스티렌부타디엔스티렌 1 내지 30중량부; 석유수지 1 내지 30중량부; 골재 800 내지 1,500중량부; 성능개선제 0.1 내지 5중량부; 식물성 오일 0.1 내지 5중량부; 상용화제 0.1 내지 5중량부; 산화방지제 0.1 내지 5중량부; 부착증진제 0.1 내지 5중량부; 및 안정제 0.1 내지 5중량부를 포함하는 개질아스팔트 콘크리트 조성물 및 이의 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 개질아스팔트 콘크리트 조성물은 기존 아스팔트 조성물에 비해 소성변형 저항성이 우수하고, 배수효과 및 내구성을 향상시킨 개질아스팔트 조성물을 제공하고자 한다.
