The present invention relates to a structure of fixing a steel frame assembly for a steel concrete composite member and a permanent form panel. The structure is capable of allowing the permanent form panel to be simply and firmly supported on the steel assembly without a separate fastening member, thereby enhancing constructability and economic efficiency and shortening the construction period. The present invention relates to a structure of fixing a steel frame assembly for a steel concrete composite member and a permanent form panel coupled to a transverse support member. The structure comprises: a main steel material arranged on each edge of a member; and the transverse support member coupled to the outside of the main steel material in the direction in perpendicular to the main steel material, wherein one side leg is vertically bent towards the outside of the member. An expansion portion with an expanded cross section is formed on an end portion of the outside of the one side leg of the transverse support member. The permanent form panel is arranged on a plate-shaped panel main body and one surface of the panel main body in the same direction with that of the transverse support member. The permanent form panel comprises a coupling rail, wherein a coupling groove, into which the one side leg of the transverse support member is inserted, and a fixing groove portion, vertically expanded in an inner end portion of the coupling groove, are formed in the longitudinal direction.
본 발명은 별도의 체결 부재 없이 간단한 방법으로 영구거푸집 패널을 철골조립체에 견고하게 지지시켜 시공성, 경제성 향상 및 공기 단축이 가능한 강콘크리트 합성 부재용 철골조립체와 영구거푸집 패널의 고정 구조에 대한 것이다. 본 발명은 부재의 각 모서리에 배치되는 주형강재 및 상기 주형강재의 외부에 주형강재와 직교하는 방향으로 결합되는 것으로 일측 레그가 부재의 외측을 향해 수직 절곡되는 횡지지부재로 구성되는 강콘크리트 합성 부재용 철골조립체와 상기 횡지지부재에 결합되는 영구거푸집 패널의 고정 구조에 관한 것으로, 상기 횡지지부재의 일측 레그 외측 단부에는 단면이 확대된 확대부가 형성되고, 상기 영구거푸집 패널은 판 형상의 패널 본체 및 상기 패널 본체의 일면에 횡지지부재와 동일한 방향으로 배치되는 것으로 상기 횡지지부재의 일측 레그가 삽입되는 결합홈과 상기 결합홈의 내측 단부에 상하로 확대된 고정홈부가 길이 방향으로 형성되는 결합 레일로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
