Fixing structure of prefabricated steel frame assembly and permanent form panel
The present invention relates to a fixing structure of a prefabricated steel frame assembly and a permanent form panel, which is able to allow the permanent form panel to be firmly supported by the steel frame assembly by a simple method without a separate fastening member, improve constructability and economic feasibility, reduce the construction period, and resist the lateral pressure of concrete focused on an edge meeting with the permanent form panel. According to the present invention, the prefabricated steel frame assembly, which is for a steel-concrete composite member, comprises: cast steel materials placed on each edge of a member; and transverse support members engaged with an external side of the cast steel materials at right angles to the cast steel materials, whose one side leg is vertically bent towards an external side of the member. The permanent form panel is engaged with the transverse support members. The permanent form panel includes: a plate-shaped panel main frame; and an engagement rail placed on one surface of the panel main frame in the same direction as that of the transverse support members to have an engagement groove formed in a longitudinal direction, into which the leg on the one side of the transverse support members is inserted. An edge meeting with an end unit of an adjacent permanent form panel is engaged with a corner bead in a longitudinal direction of the prefabricated steel frame assembly.
본 발명은 별도의 체결 부재 없이 간단한 방법으로 영구거푸집 패널을 철골조립체에 견고하게 지지할 수 있어 시공성, 경제성 향상 및 공기 단축이 가능하고, 영구거푸집 패널이 만나는 모서리에 집중되는 콘크리트 측압에 저항할 수 있는 선조립 철골조립체와 영구거푸집 패널의 고정 구조에 대한 것이다. 본 발명 선조립 철골조립체와 영구거푸집 패널의 고정 구조는 부재의 각 모서리에 배치되는 주형강재 및 상기 주형강재의 외부에 주형강재와 직교하는 방향으로 결합되는 것으로 일측 레그가 부재의 외측을 향해 수직 절곡되는 횡지지부재로 구성되는 강콘크리트 합성 부재용 선조립 철골조립체와 상기 횡지지부재에 결합되는 영구거푸집 패널의 고정 구조에 관한 것으로, 상기 영구거푸집 패널은 판 형상의 패널 본체 및 상기 패널 본체의 일면에 횡지지부재와 동일한 방향으로 배치되는 것으로 상기 횡지지부재의 일측 레그가 삽입되는 결합홈이 길이 방향으로 형성되는 결합 레일로 구성되고, 이웃하는 영구거푸집 패널의 단부가 만나는 모서리에는 코너 비드가 선조립 철골조립체의 길이 방향으로 결합되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a fixing structure of a prefabricated steel frame assembly and a permanent form panel, which is able to allow the permanent form panel to be firmly supported by the steel frame assembly by a simple method without a separate fastening member, improve constructability and economic feasibility, reduce the construction period, and resist the lateral pressure of concrete focused on an edge meeting with the permanent form panel.
