The present invention relates to a guardrail column fixing apparatus for a deck road and a guardrail column structure using the same. According to the present invention, the guardrail column fixing apparatus for the deck road comprises: a yoke connection member (410) which has a yoke accommodation groove (411) on a bottom side to make a top side of a yoke (10) inserted and fixated; an internal pipe body (420) connected to a top side of the yoke connection member (410) to protrude upwards and to have an inside which is an empty pipe, whose top side′s outer circumferential surface has vertical incision units (421) vertically incised downwards on both sides and a spiral incision unit (422) connected to a bottom end of the vertical incision unit (421) to be spirally incised downwards and whose bottom side′s outer circumferential surface has an internal pipe screw thread (423); and an external pipe body (430) whose inside is inserted into and combined with an external side of the internal pipe body (420) by rotation and whose outside is combined with the bottom side of a guardrail column (500), to have an insertion member (431), whose both ends are connected to the inner circumferential surface on the opposite side inside and which is made to move and rotate by being inserted into the vertical incision unit (421) and the spiral incision unit (422) by a downward movement and a rotary movement, to have an external pipe screw thread (432) combined with the internal pipe screw thread (423) by a hinge on the inner circumferential surface on the bottom side. According to the present invention, the internal pipe body is installed on the top side of the yoke connection member connected to the yoke, and the guardrail column is connected to the external pipe body. In addition, the external and internal pipe bodies are inserted and combined by a screw at the same time. Accordingly, the present invention is able to keep a firmly fixed status.
본 발명은 데크로드용 난간 기둥 고정 장치와 이를 이용한 난간 기둥 구조물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 데크로드용 난간 기둥 고정 장치는, 하부에 멍에수용홈(411)이 형성되어 있어 멍에(10) 상부가 삽입된 채 고정되는 멍에연결부재(410)와; 상기 멍에연결부재(410) 상부에 일체로 연결된 채 상향 돌출되어 있으며, 내부가 빈 관체로 이루어져 있되, 상부 외주면에는 양측에 수직 방향으로 하향되게 절개된 수직절개부(421)가 형성되어 있고, 상기 수직절개부(421) 하단에 연결된 채 하방으로 나선형으로 절개된 나선절개부(422)가 형성되어 있으며, 하부 외주면에는 내측관나사산(423)이 형성되어 있는 내측관체(420)와; 내부가 상기 내측관체(420)의 외측으로 끼워져 회전 결합되고, 외부는 난간기둥(500) 하부에 결합되되, 내부에 서로 마주보는 반대편 내주면에 양단이 연결되어 있는 끼움부재(431)가 설치되어 있으며, 상기 끼움부재(431)는 하향 이동 및 회전 이동에 의해 상기 수직절개부(421) 및 나선절개부(422)에 끼워져 이동 및 회전하도록 이루어져 있고, 하부 내주면에 상기 내측관나사산(423)과 나사결합되는 외측관나사산(432)이 형성되어 있는 외측관체(430);를 포함하여 구성된다. 본 발명에 의해, 멍에와 연결되는 명에연결부재의 상측에 내측관체가 설치되고, 난간기둥과 외측관체가 연결되며, 외측관체와 내측관체가 끼움과 나사결합이 동시에 이루어지도록 하여 견고한 고정 상태를 유지할 수 있게 된다.

According to the present invention, the guardrail column fixing apparatus for the deck road comprises: a yoke connection member (410) which has a yoke accommodation groove (411) on a bottom side to make a top side of a yoke (10) inserted and fixated; an internal pipe body (420) connected to a top side of the yoke connection member (410) to protrude upwards and to have an inside which is an empty pipe, whose top side′s outer circumferential surface has vertical incision units (421) vertically incised downwards on both sides and a spiral incision unit (422) connected to a bottom end of the vertical incision unit (421) to be spirally incised downwards and whose bottom side′s outer circumferential surface has an internal pipe screw thread (423); and an external pipe body (430) whose inside is inserted into and combined with an external side of the internal pipe body (420) by rotation and whose outside is combined with the bottom side of a guardrail column (500), to have an insertion member (431), whose both ends are connected to the inner circumferential surface on the opposite side inside and which is made to move and rotate by being inserted into the vertical incision unit (421) and the spiral incision unit (422) by a downward movement and a rotary movement, to have an external pipe screw thread (432) combined with the internal pipe screw thread (423) by a hinge on the inner circumferential surface on the bottom side. According to the present invention, the internal pipe body is installed on the top side of the yoke connection member connected to the yoke, and the guardrail column is connected to the external pipe body. In addition, the external and internal pipe bodies are inserted and combined by a screw at the same time. Accordingly, the present invention is able to keep a firmly fixed status.
본 발명은 데크로드용 난간 기둥 고정 장치와 이를 이용한 난간 기둥 구조물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 데크로드용 난간 기둥 고정 장치는, 하부에 멍에수용홈(411)이 형성되어 있어 멍에(10) 상부가 삽입된 채 고정되는 멍에연결부재(410)와; 상기 멍에연결부재(410) 상부에 일체로 연결된 채 상향 돌출되어 있으며, 내부가 빈 관체로 이루어져 있되, 상부 외주면에는 양측에 수직 방향으로 하향되게 절개된 수직절개부(421)가 형성되어 있고, 상기 수직절개부(421) 하단에 연결된 채 하방으로 나선형으로 절개된 나선절개부(422)가 형성되어 있으며, 하부 외주면에는 내측관나사산(423)이 형성되어 있는 내측관체(420)와; 내부가 상기 내측관체(420)의 외측으로 끼워져 회전 결합되고, 외부는 난간기둥(500) 하부에 결합되되, 내부에 서로 마주보는 반대편 내주면에 양단이 연결되어 있는 끼움부재(431)가 설치되어 있으며, 상기 끼움부재(431)는 하향 이동 및 회전 이동에 의해 상기 수직절개부(421) 및 나선절개부(422)에 끼워져 이동 및 회전하도록 이루어져 있고, 하부 내주면에 상기 내측관나사산(423)과 나사결합되는 외측관나사산(432)이 형성되어 있는 외측관체(430);를 포함하여 구성된다. 본 발명에 의해, 멍에와 연결되는 명에연결부재의 상측에 내측관체가 설치되고, 난간기둥과 외측관체가 연결되며, 외측관체와 내측관체가 끼움과 나사결합이 동시에 이루어지도록 하여 견고한 고정 상태를 유지할 수 있게 된다.
