본 발명의 과제는, 밸브와 릴리프 밸브를 연락하는 유로에 배치된 필터에 막힘을 발생한 경우라도, 밸브와 필터를 연락하는 유로 부분의 고압의 오일을 비교적 저렴한 구조에 의해 릴리프 밸브로 유도할 수 있다. 유압 펌프(20)와, 이 유압 펌프(20)의 압유가 유로(26)를 통해 공급되는 충전 밸브(25)를 구비하고, 이 충전 밸브(25) 내에, 유압 펌프(20)로부터 토출되는 압유에 따라서 전환되는 밸브, 예를 들어 개폐 밸브(33)와, 이 개폐 밸브(33)의 전환 압력의 최고 압력을 규정하는 릴리프 밸브(34)와, 개폐 밸브(33)와 릴리프 밸브(34)를 연락하는 유로(35)에 배치되는 필터(36)를 설치하는 동시에, 유로(35)에, 필터(36)에 병설시켜, 개폐 밸브(33)측으로부터 릴리프 밸브(34)측으로의 압유의 흐름을 허용시키고, 릴리프 밸브(34)측으로부터 개폐 밸브(33)측으로의 압유의 흐름을 저지하는 역지 밸브(37)를 설치한 구성으로 되어 있다.
[Problem] To permit guiding oil of a high pressure in an oil passage section, which communicates a valve device and a filter to each other, to a relief valve by a relatively inexpensive structure even when clogging occurs in a filter arranged in an oil passage communicating the valve device and the relief valve to each other. [Solution] A hydraulic pump (20) and a charge valve (25), to which pressure oil is fed from the hydraulic pump (20) via an oil passage (26), are arranged. Arranged in the charge valve (25) are a valve device, for example, an on/off valve (33) switchable according to pressure oil delivered from the hydraulic pump (20), a relief valve (34) specifying a maximum of switching pressure for the on/off valve (33), and a filter (36) arranged in an oil passage (35) communicating the on/off valve (33) and the relief valve (34) to each other. In the oil passage (35), a check valve (37) is arranged in parallel with the filter (36) such that a flow of pressure oil from a side of the on/off valve (33) toward a side of the relief valve (34) is allowed but a flow of pressure oil from the side of the relief valve (34) toward the side of the on/off valve (33) is prevented.
