COMPLEX WATERPROOFING STRUCTURE AND METHOD THEREOF FOR CRACK REPAIR AND WATERPROOF OF BUILDING
Disclosed are a composite panel, and a manufacturing method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a composite waterproofing structure for repairing a crack and waterproofing a building structure comprises: a primer layer formed on an outer wall of a building structure; a waterproof paint layer which is formed on the primer layer and includes fiber yarn; a first waterproof layer having a plurality of sheets horizontally coupled to be formed on the waterproof paint layer, a protrusion of a random pattern formed on a lower surface of each sheet, a first groove of a lattice structure formed on an upper surface of each sheet, and a first insertion groove formed on both sides of each sheet, and including a first connection sheet connecting the first insertion grooves of two sheets; a water absorption layer layered on the first waterproof layer; a second waterproof layer having a plurality of sheets horizontally coupled to be formed on the water absorption layer, a second groove of a lattice structure arranged to cross the first groove and formed on a lower surface of each sheet, and a second insertion groove formed on both sides of each sheet, and including a second connection sheet to connect the second insertion grooves of two sheets; and a finishing layer formed on the second waterproof layer.
복합패널 및 그 제조방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 구체예에 따른 건축 구조물의 균열보수와 방수를 위한 복합방수 구조는 건축 구조물의 외벽에 형성되는 프라이머층; 프라이머층 상에 형성되며 섬유사를 포함하는 방수 도막층; 방수 도막층 상에 복수의 시트가 수평방향으로 결합되어 형성되고, 각 시트의 하면에는 무작위 패턴의 돌기가 형성되고, 각 시트의 상면에는 격자 구조의 제1 홈부가 형성되며, 각 시트의 양측부에는 제1 삽입홈이 형성되고, 두 시트의 제1 삽입홈을 연결시키는 제1 연결시트를 포함하는 제1 방수층; 제1 방수층 상에 적층되는 흡습층; 흡습층 상에 복수의 시트가 수평방향으로 결합되어 형성되고, 각 시트의 하면에는 상기 제1 홈부와 엇갈리게 배치되는 격자 구조의 제2 홈부가 형성되며, 각 시트의 양측부에는 제2 삽입홈이 형성되고, 두 시트의 제2 삽입홈을 연결시키는 제2 연결시트를 포함하는 제2 방수층; 및 제2 방수층 상에 형성되는 마감층을 포함한다.
