The present invention relates to a spring assembly device for a door lock lever module assembly system which is able to automatically assemble a spring among main parts installed in the door lock lever module. The present invention comprises: a spring feeder portion (41) continuously supplying a spring; a transfer portion (43) lifted to the inside of a core of the spring to transfer the spring; a compression portion (44) for compressing the transferred spring; and a spring assembly portion (45) gripping the compressed spring to automatically assemble the spring in a spindle (SP). According to the present invention, the spring among the main parts installed in the door lock lever module (LM) can be automatically assembled such that personnel expenses can be reduced and productivity can be improved.
본 발명은 도어록용 레버모듈 내부에 설치되는 주요 부품 중 스프링을 자동으로 조립할 수 있게 한 도어록 레버모듈 조립시스템용 스프링 조립장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 스프링을 연속 공급하는 스프링피더부(41)와; 스프링의 코어 내측으로 승강하면서 스프링을 이송하는 이송부(43)와; 이송된 스프링을 압축하는 압축부(44)와; 압축된 스프링을 파지하여 레버의 스핀들(SP)에 자동 조립하는 스프링조립부(45)를 포함하여 구성한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 도어록용 레버모듈(LM) 내부에 설치되는 주요 부품 중 스프링을 자동으로 조립할 수 있게 되어 인건비를 절감하고 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
