The present invention relates to a snap ring assembly device for a door lock lever module assembly system, which can automatically assemble a snap ring among main components installed inside the door lock lever module. The snap ring assembly device comprises: a snap ring feeder unit (61) which continuously supplies snap rings; a snap ring ejector unit (62) pushing up the snap rings to a predetermined height; and a snap ring assembly unit (63) for automatically assembling the snap ring to a spindle (SP) of a lever by expanding and grasping the inner diameter of the snap ring. According to the present invention, the snap ring assembly device for a door lock lever module assembly system can reduce personnel expenses and enhance productivity since automatically assembling the snap ring among main components mounted inside a lever module (LM) for a door lock.
본 발명은 도어록용 레버모듈 내부에 설치되는 주요 부품 중 스냅링을 자동으로 조립할 수 있게 한 도어록 레버모듈 조립시스템용 스냅링 조립장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 스냅링을 연속 공급하는 스냅링피더부(61)와; 소정 높이로 스냅링을 밀어 올리는 스냅링이젝터부(62)와; 스냅링의 내경을 확대시키면서 파지하여 레버의 스핀들(SP)에 자동 조립하는 스냅링조립부(63)를 포함하여 구성한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 도어록용 레버모듈(LM) 내부에 설치되는 주요 부품 중 스냅링을 자동으로 조립할 수 있게 되어 인건비를 절감하고 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
