Heart Cam Type Washer Door Locker
The present invention relates to a heart cam type door locking device of a washing machine, capable of remarkably reducing power consumption, a part price, and failure occurrence. According to the present invention, the heart cam type door locking device comprises: a locking means moving unit including a heart cam (110) formed on the lower surface of a locking means (10) to allow a locking protrusion (13) of the locking means (10) to slide forward and backward in accordance with one directional rotation of a motor (3), and a guide pin (120) coupling one side to the heart cam (110) while being horizontally moved and elastically coupling the other side to a housing by a leaf spring (130); a return spring (200) to fix and install one side to the locking means (10), and to fix and install the other side to a detection means (30); and a reed switch (300) installed in a reed switch cover (310) fixed and installed to the housing (1) to detect opening/closing of a door and turned on/off in accordance with approach of a magnet mounted on the door to transmit an on/off operation signal to a control unit.
본 발명은 하트캠 방식의 세탁기 도어 잠금장치에 관한 것으로, 하우징(1)과, 상기 하우징에 내장되는 모터(3) 및 기어(5)와, 상기 모터 및 기어의 동작에 의해 일방향(순방향) 혹은 타방향(역방향)으로 전ㆍ후진으로 슬라이딩 되는 잠금돌기(13)를 구비하여 세탁기에 마련된 도어를 잠그는 잠금수단(10)과, 상기 잠금수단의 슬라이딩 정도를 감지하는 제1 접촉단자(33) 및 제2 접촉단자(35)와 접지단자(31)를 갖는 감지수단(30) 및 잠금장치를 단속하는 제어부가 포함된 세탁기 도어 잠금장치에 있어서, 상기 모터(3)는 상기 제어부의 제어에 따라 일방향으로만 회전 제어되고, 상기 모터(3)의 일방향 회전에 따라 상기 잠금수단(10)의 잠금돌기(13)가 전ㆍ후진으로 슬라이딩되도록 상기 잠금수단(10)의 하면에 형성된 하트캠(110)과, 일측은 좌우방향으로 이동하면서 상기 하트캠(110)과 체결되고, 타측은 플레이트스프링(plate spring, 130)에 의해 상기 하우징에 탄성 결합된 가이드핀(120)이 각각 구비된 잠금수단이동부(100)와; 상기 잠금수단(10)이 상기 잠금수단이동부(100)에 의해 슬라이딩 이동시 스프링력이 가해져 상기 잠금수단(10)의 이동상태를 유지시키거나 하우징 내로 인입된 원위치로 복귀시키도록 일측은 상기 잠금수단(10)에 고정 설치되고, 타측은 상기 감지수단(30)에 고정 설치된 리턴스프링(200)과; 상기 도어의 개폐여부를 감지하도록 상기 하우징(1)에 고정 설치된 리드스위치커버(310)에 설치되고, 상기 도어에 장착된 자석과의 접근에 따라 ON/OFF 동작하여 상기 제어부로 ON/OFF 동작신호를 송신하는 리드스위치(reed switch, 300)가 더 포함됨으로써, 종래 잠금장치에 적용된 복잡한 모터 양방향 제어방식에 비해 제어 프로그램을 간소화시켜 전력소모, 부품가격 및 고장발생을 현저히 줄일 수 있고, 사용자가 보다 안전하게 세탁기를 이용할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
