Washer Door Double Locker with Reed Switch Unit
The present invention relates to a double lock device with a reed switch unit for a washer door. According to the present invention, the double lock device comprises: a reed switch cover (100) fixed and installed on a lower side of an opened part of a housing (1) in order to allow a locking protrusion to be inserted and withdrawn, having a flat-U shape, and having a plurality of switch receiving grooves (110a, 110b) formed on a front side; and a reed switch unit (200) including upper and lower reed switches (210, 220) installed in each switch receiving groove of the reed switch cover, and turned on/off in accordance with access to a magnet mounted on a door to transmit an on/off operation signal to a control unit (50) so as to doubly detect whether or not the door is opened. Accordingly, provided is an effect capable of preventing a problem of being not opened during operation of a washer or after washing.
본 발명은 리드스위치부를 갖는 세탁기 도어 이중 잠금장치에 관한 것으로, 하우징(1)과, 상기 하우징에 내장되는 모터(3) 및 기어(5)와, 상기 모터 및 기어의 동작에 의해 일방향(순방향) 혹은 타방향(역방향)으로 전ㆍ후진으로 슬라이딩 되는 잠금돌기(13)를 구비하여 세탁기에 마련된 도어를 잠그는 잠금수단(10)과, 상기 잠금수단의 슬라이딩 정도를 감지하는 제1 접촉단자(33) 및 제2 접촉단자(35)와 접지단자(31)를 갖는 감지수단(30) 및 잠금장치를 단속하는 제어부(50)가 포함된 세탁기 도어 잠금장치에 있어서, 상기 잠금장치는, 상기 잠금돌기(13)가 인입출 가능하도록 상기 하우징(1)의 개구된 부분의 하방에 고정 설치되고, 'ㄷ' 형상을 가지며, 전방에 복수의 스위치수용홈(110a, 110b)이 형성된 리드스위치커버(reed switch cover, 100)와; 상기 리드스위치커버의 스위치수용홈 각각에 설치되고, 상기 도어에 장착된 자석과의 접근에 따라 ON/OFF 동작하여 상기 제어부(50)로 ON/OFF 동작신호를 송신하는 상부 리드스위치(upper reed switch, 210) 및 하부 리드스위치(lower reed switch, 220)가 각각 구비되어 상기 도어의 개폐여부를 이중으로 감지하는 리드스위치부(reed switch unit, 200)가 더 포함됨으로써, 세탁기의 자체결함이나 프로그램이 내장된 제어부에 하절기 뇌서어지(Lightning surge) 유입이나 주변 자기장, 전기장에 의해 프로그램 오류가 발생하여 세탁기 동작 중에 도어가 개방되거나 세탁 후 도어가 열리지 않는 문제점을 방지할 수 있는 독특한 효과가 있다.

The present invention relates to a double lock device with a reed switch unit for a washer door.
