Protecting cover for door lock of a fire door
The present invention provides a protection cover for a door lock of a fire door, capable of ensuring a mounting space for a door lock cylinder coupled between inner and outer door handles in a state that the inner and outer door handles are fitted in the fire door corresponding to an installation direction of the inner and outer door handles. The protection cover for the door lock includes: a first cover piece having a through-hole formed at a center of a side surface thereof and having a bent part formed inward from an upper end, a lower end, and a rear end of the side surface; a second cover piece having a through-hole formed at a center of a side surface thereof, having a bent part formed inward from an upper end, a lower end, and a rear end of the side surface, and facing the first cover piece at a predetermined distance from the first cover piece; and a reinforcing bar disposed at an inner side of the first cover piece and the second cover piece, coupled to the bent parts of the first cover piece and the second cover piece to reinforce the first cover piece and the second cover piece while forming a mounting space for a door lock cylinder between the first cover piece and the second cover piece, closed at left and right side surfaces, upper and lower surfaces, and a rear surface thereof, and open at only a front surface thereof through which a lock connected to the door lock cylinder enters and exits.
본 발명에서는 도어핸들(Door handle)이 설치되는 위치에 해당되는 방화문의 내부에 끼워져 장착된 상태에서 내·외측 도어핸들 사이에 결합된 도어록용 실린더가 장착되는 공간을 확보할 수 있도록 하되, 도어록용 실린더와 연결된 잠금쇠가 출입작동되는 면을 제외한 나머지 면이 폐쇄되도록 하여 방화문의 내부에 충전된 단열재가 도어록쪽으로 유입되지 않도록 함과 동시에 강성(强性)을 보강하여 도어핸들의 설치방향에 해당되는 측방향으로부터 충격력이 인가되더라도 내측으로 휘어지는 등의 변형이 발생되지 않도록 함으로써 도어록용 실린더의 보호기능을 한층 강화시킬 수 있도록 하는 한편, 화재발생시 뜨거운 열기(熱氣)가 도어록용 실린더쪽으로 지연(遲延)유입되도록 하여 뜨거운 열기에 의한 도어록용 실린더의 변형이 방지되도록 함으로써 화재발생시에도 일정 시간 동안 도어록용 실린더의 정상적인 작동이 이루어질 수 있도록 한 새로운 방화문의 도어록 보호커버가 개시된다. 본 발명은 내·외측 도어핸들의 설치방향에 해당되는 방화문의 내부에 끼워져 설치된 상태에서 상기 내·외측 도어핸들 사이에 결합된 도어록용 실린더의 장착공간을 확보하는 방화문의 도어록 보호커버에 있어서, 상기 도어록 보호커버는 측면부의 중심에 도어록용 실린더가 간섭 없이 끼워질 수 있도록 하는 관통공이 형성되고, 측면부의 상단과 하단 및 후단으로부터 내측으로는 절곡부가 형성된 제1커버편과; 상기 제1커버편과 동일하게 측면부의 중심에 도어록용 실린더가 간섭 없이 끼워질 수 있도록 하는 관통공이 형성되고, 측면부의 상단과 하단 및 후단으로부터 내측으로는 절곡부가 형성된 상태에서 상기 제1커버편으로부터 일정 간격 떨어진 위치에서 마주보게 배치되는 제2커버편과; 상기 제1커버편과 제2커버편의 내측에 배치된 상태에서 상기 제1커버편과 제2커버편의 측면부와 절곡부에 결합되어 제1커버편과 제2커버편을 보강함과 동시에 제1커버편과 제2커버편 사이에 도어록용 실린더의 장착공간이 형성되도록 하고, 좌우측면과 상하부면 및 후면이 폐쇄되고, 도어록용 실린더와 연결된 잠금쇠가 출입작동되는 전면(前面)만이 개방되도록 하는 보강대를 포함하여 구성된다.
