FLOOR COATING AGENT HAVING EXCELLENT SURFACE ADHESION AND HARDNESS AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a floor coating agent having excellent adhesion and hardness, and a construction method using the same. The floor coating agent according to the present invention comprises a primer layer which is coated, cured and formed on a floor surface, and a floor coating layer which is coated, cured and formed on the primer layer, wherein the primer layer is produced by mixing a self-emulsion type epoxy resin, an acryl polyol resin, an antifoaming agent, 1,3,5-triglycidyl isocyanurate, dodecanedioic acid, sodium citrate anhydrous, an anti-freezing agent and water, and the floor coating layer is produced by including a floor coating layer composition containing acidic copolymer alkylol ammonium salt, zinc oxide, oxalic acid, ammonium hydroxide, and distilled water. Therefore, the floor coating agent according to present invention has excellent adhesion with the floor surface and excellent surface hardness such that the floor coating agent can improve durability, wear resistance, glossiness and the like of the floor surface.
본 발명은 부착성 및 경도가 우수한 바닥코팅제 및 이를 이용한 시공방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 부착성 및 경도가 우수한 바닥코팅제는 바닥면에 도포된 후 경화되어 형성된 프라이머층, 및 상기 프라이머층 상에 도포된 후 경화되어 형성된 바닥코팅층을 포함하되, 상기 프라이머층은 자기유화형 에폭시 수지, 아크릴 폴리올 수지, 소포제, 1,3,5-트리글리시딜 이소시아누르산염(1,3,5-triglycidal isocyanurate), 도데칸디오익산, 무수 시트르산나트륨(Sodium citrate anhydrous), 동결방지제 및 물을 혼합하여 제조되고, 상기 바닥코팅층은 산성 코폴리머 알킬올 암모늄염(acidic copolymer alkylol ammonium salt), 산화아연(Zinc Oxide), 옥살산(Oxalic acid), 수산화암모늄(Ammonium hydroxide) 및 증류수(Distilled water)로 이루어진 바닥코팅층 조성물을 포함하여 제조된다.상기한 구성에 의해 본 발명은 바닥면과의 부착성이 우수하고, 표면 경도가 우수하여 바닥면의 내구성, 내마모성, 광택도 등을 향상시킬 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a floor coating agent having excellent adhesion and hardness, and a construction method using the same.
