FLOOR COATING METHOD USING FLOOR COATING AGENT HAVING EXCELLENT BRIGHTNESS AND HARDNESS
The present invention relates to a floor coating method using a floor coating agent having improved brightness and hardness. A technical gist of the present invention is to construct a coating layer having excellent brightness and hardness on floor tiles of a large-sized mark or various types of buildings (a school, an airport, a dormitory, a public institution, an overall working site, etc.). Surfaces can be prevented from being damaged by contaminants and also frequent repair work can be removed only by primary coating, and thus costs can be reduced and excellent restoring capability can be provided via a simple work process, thereby considerably improving productivity and economic efficiency. Accordingly, the floor coating agent according to the present invention can provide excellent brightness and hardness without requiring use of a marble coating agent disclosed in Korean Patent No. 10-1583521 issued to an applicant of the present application. This floor coating agent is environment-friendly, has excellent hardness, wear resistance, scratch resistance, and impact resistance, i.e., physical properties required for flooring materials, and is also excellent in terms of an economic aspect. According to the present invention, coating can be applied both deluxe tiles (which absorbs wax when the wax is applied to surfaces thereof because the deluxe tiles contain asbestos) of PVC tiles and decoration tiles (which do not require wax coating because UV coating or glass film coating has been applied to surfaces thereof) of PVC tiles.
본 발명은 광도와 경도가 개선된 바닥 시공용 친환경 바닥코팅제를 이용한 바닥 코팅방법에 관한 것이다. 이에 본 발명의 기술적 요지는 대형 마트 또는 각종 건축물(학교, 공항, 기숙사, 공공기관 또는 사업장 전반 등)의 바닥 타일에 대하여 광도와 경도가 우수한 코팅층이 시공되도록 하는 것으로, 이는 1차 코팅만으로도 오염 물질에 대하여 표면 손상을 방지하고 종전의 빈번한 복원작업을 현저히 개선하여 비용 절감을 도모함은 물론 단순한 작업 공정 대비 뛰어난 복원능력으로 인해 생산성과 경제성이 크게 향상되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 본 발명의 바닥코팅제는 본원 출원인이 기 등록받은 특허 제10-1583521호의 대리석 코팅제의 사용 없이도 광도 및 경도가 우수한 것으로, 이는 친환경적이며 바닥재에 요구되는 물성인 경도, 내마모성, 내스크래치성, 내충격성 등이 우수할 뿐만 아니라 경제적인 측면에서도 우수한 것을 특징으로 한다. 이러한 본 발명은 PVC타일 중 디럭스 타일(석면이 함유되어 표면에 왁스를 코팅하면 왁스가 흡수되는 타입)이나 데코 타일(표면에 UV코팅 또는 유리막 코팅이 되어 있어 왁스 코팅이 필요없는 타입)에 대하여 구분없이 코팅할 수 있는 특징이 있다.
