Mastic Asphalt Concrete Composition Comprising Crum Rubber Modifier and Constructing Methods Using Thereof
The present invention provides a high-grade mastic asphalt concrete composition. Based on 100 parts by weight of asphalt, the composition includes: 0.1-50 parts by weight of styrene isoprene styrene; 5-20 parts by weight of styrene butadiene styrene; 10-60 parts by weight of waste tire powder; 2-15 parts by weight of a rubber aging preventer; 5-30 parts by weight of a silane compound; 3-20 parts by weight of nanoceramic particles; 1-10 parts by weight of a surfactant; 5-20 parts by weight of a softener; 1-10 parts by weight of a performance improver; 1-5 parts by weight of a compatibilizer; 1-10 parts by weight of a deformation preventer; 2-15 parts by weight of an ultraviolet absorber; 3-15 parts by weight of an oxidation preventer; 2-20 parts by weight of a release agent; and 1-10 parts by weight of a stabilizer. According to the present invention, since the high-grade mastic asphalt concrete composition does not require a cooker for transportation or construction using high heat, the transportation and construction of the composition are convenient, and PG grade performance of the composition is high (PG 82-34).
본 발명은 아스팔트 100중량부를 기준으로, 스티렌이소프렌스티렌 0.1 내지 50중량부; 스티렌부타디엔스티렌 5 내지 20중량부; 폐타이어 분말 10 내지 60중량부; 고무노화방지제 2 내지 15중량부; 실란화합물 5 내지 30중량부; 나노세라믹입자 3 내지 20중량부; 계면활성제 1 내지 10중량부; 연화제 5 내지 20중량부; 성능개선제 1 내지 10중량부; 상용화제 1 내지 5중량부; 변형방지제 1 내지 10중량부; 자외선흡수제 2 내지 15중량부; 산화방지제 3 내지 15중량부; 이형제 2 내지 20중량부; 및 안정제 1 내지 10중량부를 포함하는 고등급 매스틱 아스팔트 콘크리트 조성물을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 고등급 매스틱 아스팔트 콘크리트 조성물은 고열로 끊여서 운반하거나 시공하기 위한 쿠거 등을 필요로 하지 않아 운반시공이 용이하고, PG 등급성능이 고등급(PG 82-34)인 공용성 등급의 고등급 매스틱 아스팔트 조성물 및 이를 이용한 시공방법을 제공한다.
