The present invention provides a modified asphalt concrete composition for roads comprising waste tire powder. The modified asphalt concrete composition for roads comprises, based on 100 parts by weight of asphalt: 1 to 25 parts by weight of waste tire powder; 1 to 25 parts by weight of styrene butadiene styrene; 1 to 25 parts by weight of a petroleum resin; 500 to 2,000 parts by weight of aggregates; 30 to 150 parts by weight of fine powder aggregates; 1 to 5 parts by weight of a modifier; 0.1 to 2 parts by weight of cellulose fiber; 0.1 to 2 parts by weight of wax; and 0.1 to 2 parts by weight of a rubber anti-aging agent. The modified asphalt concrete composition for roads according to the present invention, specifically, the modified asphalt concrete composition for roads comprising waste tire powder has good durability, can prevent plastic deformation, aging, and/or peeling from occurring easily, can prevent infiltrating water and portholes, and can enable a placing process to be easily carried out at low costs.
