FOLDING DOOR HAVE PIVOTING AND SLIDING FUNCTION
Disclosed is a folding door having a pivoting and sliding function. The folding door comprises: a main door frame; a hinged door disposed on the main door frame in a pivoting manner to rotate; a sliding door combined to the hinged door to move in a sliding manner to be moved inside and outside; and a locking means disposed on a hinged door frame and the main door frame in order to prevent movement of the sliding door in a state where the hinged door is rotated to be opened and to allow movement of the sliding door in a state where the hinged door is closed, wherein the hinged door is rotatable in a locked state that the sliding door is inserted internally to be overlapped and folded. According to the present invention, a slide blocking part is disposed on an upper portion of the hinged door frame to restrict outward sliding of the sliding door in a state where the hinged door and the sliding door are folded with each other to be opened. Therefore, the folding door is capable of preventing an accident that the sliding door rapidly slides outwards to hit a passenger or a surrounding structure when the passenger hits the hinged door through his or her carelessness or by mistake.
여닫이와 미닫이 기능을 갖는 폴딩 도어가 개시된다. 본 발명의 여닫이와 미닫이 기능을 갖는 폴딩 도어는, 메인 도어 프레임; 메인 도어 프레임에 여닫이식으로 회전 가능하게 마련되는 여닫이 도어; 여닫이 도어에 미닫이식으로 슬라이드 이동 가능하게 결합되어 내외로 출몰되는 미닫이 도어; 및 여닫이 도어가 회전하여 개방된 상태에서는 미닫이 도어의 이동을 차단하고, 여닫이 도어가 닫힌 상태에서는 미닫이 도어의 이동을 허용하기 위하여 여닫이 도어 프레임과 메인 도어 프레임에 각각 마련되어 미닫이 도어의 이동을 허용 또는 차단하는 잠금수단을 포함하고, 여닫이 도어는 미닫이 도어가 내부로 인입되어 서로 겹쳐쳐 폴딩된 잠금 상태로 회전이 가능한 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 여닫이 도어 프레임의 상부에 슬라이드 차단부를 마련하여 여닫이 도어와 미닫이 도어가 서로 폴딩된 상태로 열린 상태에서는 미닫이 도어가 외측으로 슬라이드 이동하는 것을 제한함으로써, 보행자가 부주의나 실수로 여닫이 도어를 타격한 경우 이러한 타격에 의해 미닫이 도어가 외측으로 급속히 슬라이드 이동하여 보행자를 타격하게 되거나 주변 구조물을 타격하는 안전사고가 발생하는 것을 미연에 방지할 수 있다.

Disclosed is a folding door having a pivoting and sliding function.
