The present invention relates to a curtain wall having insulation and airtight performance and, more specifically, to the curtain wall having insulation and airtight performance which can secure insulation and airtight performance by installing an airtight member in a space formed on a connection portion where a vertical frame and a horizontal frame of a curtain wall meet each other for finishing. According to the present invention, the curtain wall having insulation and airtight performance comprises: vertical frames installed at regular intervals in a left and a right direction; a plurality of horizontal frames installed at vertical intervals between the vertical frames; and multi-layered glass coupled by the vertical frames and the horizontal frames. The curtain wall having insulation and airtight performance further comprises: an airtight member coupled to an accommodation space formed on a connection portion where the vertical frames and the horizontal frames meet each other to maintain airtightness; and a pair of airtight gaskets coupled to an upper and a lower portion of the airtight member, formed in a shape identical to the airtight member, and formed to be larger than the airtight member.
본 발명은 단열 및 기밀 성능을 갖는 커튼월에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 커튼월의 수직프레임과 수평프레임이 서로 만나는 연결부위에 형성된 공간에 기밀부재를 설치하여 마감시킴으로써 단열 및 기밀 성능을 확보할 수 있는 단열 및 기밀 성능을 갖는 커튼월에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 단열 및 기밀 성능을 갖는 커튼월은, 좌우 방향을 따라 일정한 간격으로 설치되는 수직프레임, 상기 수직프레임 사이에 상하로 간격을 두고 설치되는 다수의 수평프레임 및 상기 수직프레임과 수평프레임에 의해 결합되는 복층유리를 포함하는 커튼월에 있어서, 상기 수직프레임과 수평프레임이 서로 만나는 연결부위에 형성된 수용공간에 결합되어 기밀을 유지시키는 기밀부재; 상기 기밀부재의 상부와 하부에 각각 결합되며, 상기 기밀부재와 동일한 형상으로 이루어지되 상기 기밀부재의 크기보다 크게 형성되는 한 쌍의 기밀가스켓;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
