본 발명은 커팅홈이 형성된 벽돌 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 커팅홈이 형성된 벽돌 및 그 제조방법은 벽돌의 전면과 후면에 각각 커팅홈을 형성함으로써 사용자가 현장에서 원하는 크기로 절단하여 사용할 수 있어 작업성을 크게 향상시킬 수 있으며 폐자원을 재활용하여 경제성을 높이고 선탄경석의 탄화에 의한 연소열을 소성시 에너지로 활용하며 기공 형성에 따른 경량성을 확보하되 강도가 저하되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 커팅홈이 형성된 벽돌 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
