MACHINE FOR CONSTRUCTING SCREW PILE OF SOLAR ENERGY GENERATION AND METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING SCREW PILE USING THIS SAME
The present invention relates to screw pile construction equipment for solar power generation, pressing and fixing a screw pile without using a wide working area, and a screw pile construction method using the same. According to the present invention, the screw pile construction equipment for solar power generation comprises: a base support having a bottom part mounted on the ground; a chain block installed in the base support to be able to be separated; a motor base including a base plate and a chain connection unit to connect a chain of the chain block thereto, and connected to the chain block to be able to be separated so as to be elevated; a motor; and a pile holder fixed in and rotating a head part of a screw pile. Moreover, the screw pile construction method using the same comprises: a first step of mounting and installing the base support on the ground; a second step of hanging and installing the chain block on the base support; a third step of installing the motor base having the motor installed therein to the chain block; a fourth step of connecting the screw pile to a pile holder formed in a rotary shaft of the motor; a fifth step of supplying power to the motor to simultaneously rotate the rotary shaft and release the chain block so as to allow the motor base to be lowered, so that the screw pile is pressed and fitted in the ground; and a sixth step of separating the pile holder from the screw pile and lifting the motor base through the chain block.
본 발명은 태양광 발전용 스크류 파일 시공 장비 및 이를 이용한 스크류 파일 시공 방법에 관한 것으로, 작업자의 무리한 힘을 사용하지 않고 스크류 파일을 회전 및 하강시켜 지중에 압입 시공함과 아울러 넓은 작업면적을 사용하지 않고 스크류 파일을 압입 시공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명에 의한 태양광 발전용 스크류 파일 시공 장비는, 저부가 지반에 정착되는 베이스 지지대와; 상기 베이스 지지대에 분리 가능하게 설치되는 체인블록과; 베이스판, 상기 베이스판에 형성되며 상기 체인블록의 체인이 연결되는 체인 연결부로 이루어지며, 상기 체인블록에 분리 가능하게 연결되어 상승 또는 하강하는 모터 베이스와; 상기 모터 베이스에 장착되며 전원을 인가받아 구동하는 모터와; 상기 모터의 회전축과 연결되며 스크류 파일의 두부에 고정되어 상기 스크류 파일을 회전시키는 파일 홀더를 포함하며 상기 체인블록에 의해 상기 모터 베이스가 지중을 향해 하강하면서 상기 모터에 의해 상기 파일 홀더가 회전하여 상기 스크류 파일을 지중에 압입한다. 본 발명에 의한 베이스 지지대를 지반에 정착하여 설치하는 제1단계와; 체인블록을 상기 베이스 지지대에 매달아 설치하는 제2단계와; 상기 체인블록에 모터가 설치된 모터 베이스를 설치하는 제3단계와; 상기 모터의 회전축에 형성된 파일 홀더에 스크류 파일을 연결하는 제4단계와; 상기 모터에 전원을 인가하여 회전시키는 동시에 상기 체인블록을 풀어 상기 모터 베이스가 하강하도록 함으로써 상기 스크류 파일을 지중에 압입 시공하는 제5단계와; 상기 파일 홀더와 상기 스크류 파일을 분리하고 상기 체인블록을 통해 상기 모터 베이스를 상승시키는 제6단계를 포함한다.
