METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING PILE FOUNDATION AND SCREW PILE FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THIS METHOD
FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the construction of buildings and structures, namely, to the methods of constructing pile foundations from screw piles. Method of constructing pile foundation is implemented by immersing a screw pile with two blades at the end into the ground to a specified elevation by rotating it clockwise. After immersing the pile down to the specified elevation, pile is rotated repeatedly two turns clockwise, with the simultaneous feeding of hardening solution under pressure into the cavity of the pile and its release into the ground in the zone of the lower end under the pile blades, after which the pile is rotated one turn counter-clockwise and the pile end leaves the ground by an amount equal to the pile blade pitch.EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing the bearing capacity of the screw pile foundation, facilitating the immersion of the screw pile into the sandy soil, and improving the durability of the pile.6 cl, 1 dwg
Изобретение относится к области строительства зданий и сооружений, а именно к способам устройства свайных фундаментов из винтовых свай. Способ устройства свайного фундамента осуществляется путем погружения в грунт до заданной отметки вращением по часовой стрелке винтовой сваи с двумя лопастями на конце. После погружения сваи до заданной отметки многократно производят поворот сваи на два оборота по часовой стрелке с одновременной подачей в полость сваи под давлением твердеющего раствора и выхода его в грунт в зоне нижнего конца под лопасти сваи, после чего производят поворот сваи на один оборот против часовой стрелке и выхода конца сваи из грунта на величину, равную шагу лопастей сваи.
