REPAIR DEVICE FOR PAVEMENT USING PRECAST BLOCK AND REPAIR METHOD THEREOF

The present invention relates to an apparatus for repairing a porthole on the road using precast ascon blocks, which comprises: a damage identifying unit identifying a damaged portion caused on a paved road surface comprising ascon; a punching unit punching the paved road surface in the diameter and depth corresponding to the damaged portion; a block inserting unit inserting precast blocks, previously formed with a size corresponding to a diameter of a punching hole, into the punching hole; and a heating unit heating the inserted precast blocks to bond at least one of the precast blocks to an inner surface of the punching hole.

본 발명은 프리캐스트 아스콘 블록을 이용하여 도로에 생긴 포트홀을 보수하는 장치에 관한 것으로서, 아스콘으로 이루어지는 도로 포장면에 발생된 손상 부분을 식별하는 손상 식별부; 상기 손상 부분에 대응되는 직경 및 깊이로 도로 포장면을 타공하는 타공부; 상기 타공에 상기 타공의 직경에 대응하는 크기로 미리 형성된 프리캐스트 블록을 삽입하는 블록 삽입부; 및 삽입된 프리캐스트 블록을 가열하여 적어도 하나의 프리캐스트 블록을 상기 타공의 내측면과 융착시키는 가열부를 포함하는 프리캐스트 블록을 이용한 도로포장의 보수 장치를 제공한다.
