REPAIR DEVICE FOR PAVEMENT USING PRECAST BLOCK AND REPAIR METHOD THEREOF

The present invention provides a repair apparatus and a repair method for road pavement using a precast block, comprising: a damage identification unit for identifying a damaged part generated on the road pavement surface made of ascon; a punching unit for punching the road pavement surface with a diameter and a depth corresponding to the damaged part; a steam injection unit for spraying high-temperature steam to the hole of the road surface to remove water in the hole; a block inserting unit for inserting a precast block previously formed in a shape corresponding to the shape of the hole in the hole; and a heating unit heating the inserted precast block to fuse at least one precast block to the inner surface of the hole.

본 발명은 아스콘으로 이루어지는 도로 포장면에 발생된 손상 부분을 식별하는 손상 식별부; 상기 손상 부분에 대응되는 직경 및 깊이로 도로 포장면을 타공하는 타공부; 상기 도로 포장면의 타공에 고온의 스팀을 분사하여 상기 타공 내부의 물기를 제거하는 스팀 분사부; 상기 타공에 상기 타공의 형태에 대응하는 형태로 미리 형성된 프리캐스트 블록을 삽입하는 블록 삽입부; 및 삽입된 프리캐스트 블록을 가열하여 적어도 하나의 프리캐스트 블록을 상기 타공의 내측면과 융착시키는 가열부를 포함하는 프리캐스트 블록을 이용한 도로포장의 보수 장치 및 보수 방법을 제공한다.
