The present invention relates to a non-point pollution treatment device with improved discharge water quality including: a main body in which a space is formed and an inflow line is formed on one side and an outflow line is formed on the other side; a filtration chamber formed in the main body and having a plurality of longitudinal inflow passages formed on a lower surface thereof with one or more floating filter media formed therein and a washing pipe for washing the floating filter media formed on the bottom; a fine bubble chamber in which a fine bubble discharge tube for discharging fine bubbles is formed in the lower portion in contact with the filtration chamber; and an activation unit configured to communicate with the filtration chamber and the fine bubble chamber, wherein water passing through the filtration chamber flowing thereinto and being exposed to far-infrared rays while passing through the gap between the sericite balls filled therein so that the activated water flows into the fine bubble chamber.
본 발명은 내부에 공간이 형성되며 일측에 유입라인과 타측에 유출라인이 형성되는 본체; 상기 본체에 형성되며 하면에 복수의 종유입로가 형성되고 내부에 하나 이상의 부상여재가 구성되며 하부에 상기 부상여재를 세척하기 위한 세척관이 형성된 여과챔버; 상기 여과챔버와 연하여 하부에서 미세버블을 토출하는 미세버블토출관이 형성된 미세버블챔버; 상기 여과챔버와 상기 미세버블챔버가 연통하도록 구성되며 여과챔버를 통과한 물이 유입되어 내부에 충진된 세리사이트볼 간의 간극을 통과하면서 원적외선에 노출되도록 하여 활성화 된 물이 미세버블챔버로 유입되도록 하는 활성화부;를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 방류수질을 향상시킨 비점오염처리장치에 관한 것이다.
