FINISHING COMPOSITION OF CONCRETE SLAB WITH STRENGTHENED FUNCTIONALITY AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR FINISHING CONCRETE SLAB THEREWITH
The present invention relates to a concrete slab finishing material composition with improved functionality and a concrete slab finishing construction method using the same. The composition of the present invention comprises 1 to 50 wt% of a functional filler and 30 to 99 wt% of a functional admixture, wherein the functional filler includes 30 to 89 wt% of heavy calcium carbonate, 5 to 60 wt% of gypsum, 1 to 30 wt% of bauxite, 1 to 30 wt% of barium sulfate, 1 to 30 wt% of magnesium nitride, 1 to 30 wt% of silicon dioxide, 0.5 to 15 wt% of aluminum silicate and 0.5 to 15 wt% of acid clay, and the functional admixture includes 45 to 99 wt% of mutual network type acryl, 0.1 to 25 wt% of an ethylene-ethyl acrylate copolymer, 0.1 to 20 wt% of an acrylonitrile-styrene copolymer, 0.1 to 15 wt% of an ethylene-methylmethacrylate copolymer, 0.1 to 15 wt% of poly(n-butyl methacrylate), and 0.01 to 10 wt% of sodium carboxymethyl starch. The composition according to the present invention can improve functionalities including high flowability, ductility, tensile force, adhesive force, abrasion resistance, ultraviolet resistance, contamination resistance, oil resistance, incombustibility, durability and the like. Further, the composition is excellent in fire safety as a noncombustible material, has high adhesion with a base concrete, and does not generate a peeling or exfoliation phenomenon in an attachment interface even over the long haul.
본 발명은, 기능성 충전재 1~50중량% 및 기능성 혼화제 30~99중량%를 포함하며, 상기 기능성 충전재는 중질탄산칼슘 30~89중량%, 석고 5~60중량%, 보크사이트 1~30중량%, 황산바륨 1~30중량%, 질화마그네슘 1~30중량%, 이산화규소 1~30중량%, 규산 알루미늄 0.5~15중량% 및 산성백토 0.5~15중량%를 포함하고, 기능성 혼화제는 상호 망목형 아크릴 45~99중량%, 에틸렌-에틸아크릴레이트 공중합체 0.1~25중량%, 아크릴로니트릴-스티렌 공중합체 0.1~20중량%, 에틸렌-메타크릴산메틸 공중합체 0.1~15중량%, 폴리 n-부틸메타크릴레이트 0.1~15중량% 및 카르복시메틸스타치나트륨 0.01~10중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성이 개선된 콘크리트 슬래브 마감재 조성물 및 이를 이용한 콘크리트 슬래브 마감 시공 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 고유동성, 연성, 인장력, 접착력, 내마모성, 자외선 저항성, 내오염성, 내유성, 불연성, 내구성 등의 기능성을 개선할 수 있다. 또한, 상기 조성물은 불연재로서 화재 안전성이 뛰어나고, 바탕 콘크리트와 결합력이 높고 장기간에 걸쳐서도 부착계면에서의 박리·박락 현상이 발생하지 않는다.
