COMPOSITION FOR FINISHING MATERIAL WITH SELF-LEVELING AND REPAIRING METHOD FOR FLOORING OF CONCRETE SLAB THEREWITH
The present invention relates to a composition for a finishing material with self-leveling and a method for constructing the flooring of concrete slab using the same. The composition comprises 5-55 wt% of an inorganic binder, 10-75 wt% of coarse aggregate, 0.1-25 wt% of a functional improving compound and 1-30 wt% of water. The functional improving compound comprises 40-99 wt% of polyvinyl acetate, 0.1-25 wt% of a styrene-acrylic ester copolymer, 0.1-20 wt% of a styrene-butyl acrylate copolymer, 0.1-20 wt% of a methyl methacrylate-butadiene, 0.1-10 wt% of a styrene-vinyl acetate copolymer and 0.01-10 wt% of a material separation inhibitor. Accordingly, the composition of the present invention has improved self-leveling properties such as high fluidity, elasticity, adhesion, durability, etc.
본 발명은 무기 결합재 5~55중량%, 잔골재 10~75중량%, 기능성 개선 혼화제 0.1~25중량% 및 물 1~30중량%를 포함하며, 상기 기능성 개선 혼화제는 폴리비닐아세테이트 40~99중량%, 스티렌아크릴에스테르 공중합체 0.1~25중량%, 스티렌-부틸아크릴레이트 공중합체 0.1~20중량%, 메타크릴산메틸-부타디엔 공중합체 0.1~20중량%, 스티렌-초산비닐 공중합체 0.1~10중량% 및 재료분리 방지제 0.01~10중량%를 포함하는 고유동성, 탄성, 접착력 및 내구성 등의 셀프 레벨링 특성이 향상된 셀프 레벨링 마감재 조성물 및 이를 이용한 콘크리트 슬래브 바닥재 시공방법에 관한 것이다.

The present invention relates to a composition for a finishing material with self-leveling and a method for constructing the flooring of concrete slab using the same.
