The present invention relates to a lifting/lowering type national flag hoisting device, which allows a lifting/lowering device hoisting a national flag to be inserted into an insertion hole of a support to be vertically lifted/lowered, so as to allow a user to lower the lifting/lowering device and conveniently hoist the national flag thereto when hoisting the national flag. According to the present invention, the lifting/lowering type national flag hoisting device comprises: a support coupler coupled to the support to guide and support the lifting/lowering device while preventing the lifting/lowering device from being separated from the insertion hole; a rotating supporter including upper and lower bodies coupled to the lifting/lowering device, and a vertical bearing to support the lifting/lowering device to be able to rotate so as to be installed in the lower part of the lifting/lowering device; a one-touch coupler including a housing, a plurality of insertion protrusions installed to the housing to be able to absorb shock through a spring, and an insertion protrusion operating cap to operate the insertion protrusion so as to allow the insertion protrusion to be inserted into or separated from an insertion protrusion locking groove in accordance with rotation of the rotating supporter, thereby assisting lifting/lowering operation of the lifting/lowering device; and a cap to prevent foreign matters from flowing into the insertion hole of the support.
본 발명은 국기를 메다는 승하강대가 지지대의 삽설공으로 삽입되어 상하부로 승하강하도록 설치되어서 국기를 메달 때 상기 승하강대를 하강시켜서 편리하게 메달 수 있게 하는 승하강 국기계양대에 관한 것이로, 상기 지지대에 결합되어서 상기 승하강대가 상기 삽설공으로부터의 이탈을 방지하면서 안내하고 지지해주는 지지대결합구; 승하강대에 결합하는 상부체 및 하부체와, 상기 승하강대를 회전가능하게 지지하는 수직베어링으로 이루어져서 승하강대의 하부에 장착되는 회전가능지지구; 상기 하우징과, 상기 하우징에 스프링을 통해 완충가능하도록 설치되는 다수 개의 삽입돌기와, 상기 삽입돌기를 구동시키는 삽입돌기구동캡으로 이루어져서 회전가능지지구의 회동에 따라서 삽입돌기가 삽입돌기걸림홈으로 삽설 또는 이탈되게 하여 상기 승하강대의 승하강 작동을 조력하는 원터치결합구; 및 상기 지지대의 삽설공으로 이물질 유입을 방지하는 캡;을 포함하여 구성된다.
