The present invention relates to a waterproof packer for an earth anchor to prevent generation of a sink hole. According to the present invention, the waterproof packer comprises: upper and lower plates of a disk shape at a vertical interval; a side plate coupled between the upper and lower plates to form a space so as to insert grout therein; upper and lower sides of an insertion pipe made of fabric coupled to a plurality of through-holes formed on the upper and lower plates to face each other by sewing, respectively; and an injection pipe coupled to the upper side of the upper plate to communicate with an inner space so as to inject the grout therein. The insertion pipes are vertically coupled to insert a hose and a strand made of a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) material therein by being spaced apart from each other, thereby being pressed by expansion of the injected grout to seal a space formed between the hose and the strand, and between the hoses. Accordingly, outflow of groundwater and earth is blocked.
본 발명은 호스와 강연선 사이 및 복수의 호스 사이에 형성된 공간을 그라우트의 압착에 의해 긴밀히 밀폐할 수 있는 어스 앵커용 차수 패커에 관한 것으로, 직물 또는 고무로 구성되며 중앙부에는 호스 및 강연선이 관통 설치되고, 내측으로 주입되는 그라우트의 팽창에 의해 천공홀을 밀폐하는 어스 앵커용 차수 패커에 있어서, 차수패커는 원판 형상의 상판 및 하판이 상하로 간격을 이루며 구비되고, 상기 상판 및 하판의 사이에는 그라우트가 삽입되는 공간을 형성할 수 있도록 측판이 결합되며, 상기 상판 및 하판에 서로 대향하게 형성된 복수의 통공에는 직물로 이루어진 삽입관의 상측 및 하측이 재봉에 의해 각각 결합되고, 상판의 상측에는 내측 공간과 연통되어 그라우트를 주입할 수 있는 주입관이 결합되되, 상기 삽입관은 PVC재질의 호스 및 강연선이 삽입될 수 있도록 간격을 이루며 수직으로 결합되어, 주입된 그라우트의 팽창에 의해 압착되어 호스와 강연선 사이 및 복수의 호스 사이에 형성된 공간을 밀폐하여 지하수 및 토사의 유출을 차단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 어스 앵커용 차수 패커를 제안한다.따라서 본 발명은 차수패커의 내측에 강연선 및 호스가 삽입되는 복수의 삽입관이 구비됨으로써 차수패커의 내측에서 팽창하는 그라우트에 의해 호스와 강연선의 사이 및 복수의 호스 사이에 형성된 공간을 압착에 의해 긴밀히 밀폐하여 지하수 및 토사가 외부로 유출되는 것을 완벽히 차단함으로써 싱크홀의 발생을 방지하는 효과가 있다. 또한, 별도의 차단부품을 제작하거나 사용하지 않고, 기존의 직물 차수패커에 직물로 이루어진 삽입관을 재봉하여 결합하거나, 고무로 구성함으로써 단순한 구성에 의해 제작비용을 절감할 수 있으며, 차수패커의 시공이 더욱 용이해지는 효과가 있다.
The present invention relates to a waterproof packer for an earth anchor to prevent generation of a sink hole.
