The present invention relates to a mortise latch coming in contact with a strike of a doorframe in opening/closing of a door to allow a left/right direction change of a first head part and perform insertion/withdrawal operation. In particular, a semicircular support protrusion protruding along the rear circumference of a hinge pin used for the left/right direction change of the head unit is included, such that left/right turning of the head unit is allowed by using the end part of the supporting protrusion in contact with the side wall part of a housing as a supporting point when the head unit is inserted, thereby preventing breakage or malfunction of a part through removal or distribution of an impact occurring during opening/closing and automatically returning the head unit to an original position before turning when being withdrawn. Accordingly, the mortice latch is able to be generally used for a sub latch and/or a larch bolt of a mortice.
본 발명은 도어 개폐 시 문틀의 스트라이크에 접촉하여, 제1 헤드부의 좌우 방향 전환이 이루어지면서 인출입 작동이 이루어지는 모티스용 래치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는, 헤드부의 좌우 방향 전환에 사용되는 힌지핀의 후방측 둘레를 따라 돌출된 반원형 지지돌기를 구비하여, 상기 헤드부가 인입될 때, 상기 하우징의 측벽부에 접촉되는 지지돌기의 끝단부를 지지점으로 하여 헤드부의 전후 회동이 이루어짐으로써, 개폐 중 발생하는 충격의 해소 내지 분산을 통해 부품의 파손 내지 고장이 발생하는 것을 방지하고, 인출 시 헤드부가 회동 전(前) 원위치로 자동 복귀될 수 있어, 모티스의 서브 래치 및/또는 래치볼트 등으로 범용적으로 활용 가능한 모티스용 래치에 관한 것이다.
