본 발명은 데드볼트의 전후진 작동에 연동하여 래치볼트의 전후진 작동을 선택적으로 제한 또는 허용하여, 실외측에서의 보안 해제로 데드볼트가 후진하여 해정된 상태에서, 실외측 손잡이를 별도로 조작할 필요 없이 도어의 개폐 동작만으로 래치볼트가 전후진 작동하여 실외측에서의 출입을 편리하게 할 수 있는 실외측 손잡이의 작동 없이 도어의 개방이 가능한 모티스에 관한 것이다.
