The present invention relates to a prefabricated deck using a clip. It is possible to more rapidly and easily perform installation of a deck structure using a clip. According to the present invention, a plurality of support frames (10) are arranged at regular intervals, and a wooden deck board (20) is seated and assembled in a longitudinal direction in the upper side of the support frames (10). A triangular fastening groove (21) is formed on both side wall surfaces of the deck board (20). A support clip (30) for supporting the deck board (20) is fixed to support frames (10). In the support clip (30), a fitting fastening part (32) is symmetrically provided at both left and right sides so as to be inserted into the fastening groove (21) of the deck board (20). In the fitting fastening part (32), an inner space part (32a) is formed to have elasticity. The inner space part (32a) has a structure in which an opening part (32b) having one open side is formed and a variable deformation of the fitting fastening part (32) is possible. A piece fastening hole (33) for fastening a fixing piece (40) for fixing the support frames (10) is formed to be penetrated at the center of the support clip (30).
본 발명은 클립을 이용한 조립식 데크에 관한 것으로서, 클립을 이용한 데크 구조물의 설치작업이 보다 신속하고 용이하게 이루어질 수 있도록 하기 위한 것이다. 이를 실현하기 위한 본 발명은, 다수의 지지프레임(10)이 일정 간격으로 구성되고, 상기 지지프레임(10)의 상부에는 길이방향을 따라 목재 재질의 데크보드(20)가 안착 조립되어지는 조립식 데크에 있어서, 상기 데크보드(20)의 양측벽면에는 삼각형상의 체결홈(21)이 형성되고; 상기 지지프레임(10)에는 데크보드(20)의 지지를 위한 지지클립(30)이 고정되어지되, 상기 지지클립(30)은 데크보드(20)의 체결홈(21)에 삽입되어질 수 있도록 끼움 체결부(32)가 좌우 양측에 대칭형태로 구비되며; 상기 끼움 체결부(32) 내부에는 탄력성을 갖도록 내부 공간부(32a)를 형성함과 함께, 상기 내부 공간부(32a)는 일측이 개방된 개방부(32b)를 형성함으로 끼움 체결부(32)의 가변 변형이 가능한 구조를 이루고; 상기 지지클립(30) 중심에는 지지프레임(10) 고정을 위한 고정피스(40)의 체결을 위한 피스 체결공(33)이 관통 형성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
