DECK ASSEMBLING SUCTURE USING UMBRELLA TYPE DECK CLIP
The present invention relates to a deck assembly structure using an umbrella-type deck clip, comprising: joists installed side by side at intervals; deck materials installed above the joists in a direction intersecting with the joists; an umbrella-type deck clip for fixing the deck materials to the joists; and a coupling device for fixing the umbrella-type deck clip to the joists. The umbrella-type deck clip includes: a horizontal part installed to be in contact with the upper surface of the joists; a vertical part extending upward from the center of the horizontal part; and an umbrella part extending from the upper side of the vertical part to both sides, wherein the deck materials have the umbrella part of the umbrella-type deck clip inserted into a side surface to be fixed. The present invention provides a deck assembly structure using an umbrella-type deck clip, wherein the umbrella-type deck clip having an improved structure of fixing the deck materials to the joists can be used to fix the deck materials to the joists swiftly and easily, the cleavage of the deck materials can be prevented, deck materials cleft or damaged during use can be replaced easily, the expansion and contraction of the deck materials caused by a temperature change can be accommodated well, no exposed nail or screw or the like does not spoil the beautiful appearance, and pedestrians are enabled to walk safely.
본 발명은 우산형 데크클립을 이용한 데크 조립 구조로서, 서로 이격되면서 나란히 설치되는 장선들; 상기 장선들의 상측에 상기 장선들과 교차하는 방향으로 설치되는 데크재들; 상기 데크재들을 상기 장선들에 고정하는 우산형 데크클립; 및 상기 우산형 데크클립을 상기 장선에 고정하는 체결장치;를 포함하고, 상기 우산형 데크클립은 상기 장선의 상면에 접하도록 설치되는 수평부, 상기 수평부의 중심에서 상측으로 연장되는 수직부, 상기 수직부의 상측에서 양측으로 연장되는 우산부를 포함하고, 상기 데크재는 측면에 상기 우산형 데크클립의 우산부가 삽입되어 고정되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명은 데크재를 장선에 고정하는 구조를 개선한 우산형 데크클립을 이용함으로써, 데크재들을 장선에 신속하고도 용이하게 고정할 수 있고, 데크재의 쪼개짐이 방지되며, 사용 중 일부 데크재가 쪼개지거나 훼손된 경우 쉽게 교체할 수 있고, 온도 변화에 따른 데크재의 신축을 잘 수용할 수 있으며, 노출되는 못이나 나사 등이 없어 미관이 수려하고 보행자의 보행 안전성이 우수한 우산형 데크클립을 이용한 데크 조립 구조를 제공함에 그 목적이 있다.
