RAPID SETTING CEMENT COMPOSITION HAVING THIXOTROPIC PROPERTY AND RAPID SETTING CONCRETE COMPOSITION USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a rapid setting cement composition exhibiting thixotropic performance and to a rapid setting concrete composition using the composition, and more particularly, the rapid setting cement composition comprises a cement mixture, anhydrous gypsum, a curing accelerator, a fluidizing agent, a setting retarder and a modifier, wherein the modifier is a mixture of ata pearlite and guar gum at the ratio of 1:0.5 to 1 part by weight. The rapid setting cement composition exhibiting the thixotropic performance comprising the above components has the thixotropic performance as a mixture of the ata pearlite and guar gum is used as a modifier, exhibits excellent workability and construct ability at a site such as a slope and can exhibit initial strength without using an excessive fluidizing agent.
본 발명은 틱소트로피 성능을 나타내는 초속경 시멘트 조성물 및 그 조성물을 이용한 초속경 콘크리트 조성물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 상기 초속경 시멘트 조성물은 시멘트 혼합물, 무수석고, 경화촉진제, 유동화제, 응결지연제 및 개질제로 이루어지며, 상기 개질제는 아타펄자이트와 구아검이 1:0.5 내지 1 중량부로 혼합되어 이루어진다. 상기의 성분으로 이루어지는 틱소트로피 성능을 나타내는 초속경 시멘트 조성물은 개질제로 아타펄자이트와 구아검의 혼합물이 사용되어 틱소트로피 성능이 부여되며, 경사면과 같은 부위에 대한 우수한 작업성 및 시공성을 나타내며, 과도한 유동화제의 사용 없이도 초기강도를 발현할 수 있는 초속경 콘크리트 조성물을 제공한다.
