The present invention relates to a separation-preventing type rapid-setting mortar composition containing steel-making slag and a rapid-setting concrete composition using the composition. More particularly, the present invention relates to a separation-preventing type rapid-setting mortar composition comprising a steel-making slag, a cement admixture, anhydrous gypsum, a fluidizing agent, a coagulation retardant, a hardening accelerator, a defoaming agent, a separation-preventing agent, and crushed rocks, and a rapid-setting concrete composition using the composition. The separation-preventing type rapid-setting mortar composition comprising the components and the rapid-setting concrete composition using the composition contains the steel-making slag so that the problem of supply and demand of fine aggregate such as sand can be solved. Also, a separation-preventing agent is contained so that the separation phenomenon between materials is suppressed, and excellent workability and compressive strength are exhibited.
본 발명은 제강슬래그가 함유된 분리방지형 초속경 모르타르 조성물 및 그 조성물을 이용한 초속경 콘크리트 조성물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 제강슬래그, 시멘트 혼합물, 무수석고, 유동화제, 응결지연제, 경화촉진제, 소포제, 분리방지제 및 파쇄석으로 이루어지는 분리방지형 초속경 모르타르 조성물 및 그 조성물을 이용한 초속경 콘크리트 조성물에 관한 것이다. 상기의 성분으로 이루어지는 분리방지형 초속경 모르타르 조성물 및 그 조성물을 이용한 초속경 콘크리트 조성물은 제강슬래그가 함유되어 모래와 같은 잔골재의 수급문제를 해소하며, 분리방지제가 함유되어 재료 간의 분리현상이 억제될 뿐만 아니라, 우수한 작업성과 압축강도를 나타낸다.
