The present invention relates to a new form structure for insulated sandwich wall construction, for enabling effective construction of an insulated sandwich wall. The form structure for insulated sandwich wall construction according to the present invention comprises: inner form panels (10) provided to be spaced apart from each other in parallel to each other; a plurality of hook members (20) provided to be spaced apart from each other in the lateral direction or in the vertical direction on the outer surface of the inner form panel (10); a metal mesh (30) fixed to the hook members (20) so as to be spaced apart from the outside of the inner form panel (10) at a uniform interval; a fixing member (40) fixed to the outer surface of the metal mesh (30); an insulator (2)fixed to the fixing member (40); and an outer form panel (50) provided to be spaced apart from the outside of the insulator (2), wherein since an insulated sandwich wall can be constructed by fixing the fixing member (40) to the metal mesh (30) after the inner form panels (10) and the hook member (20) are mounted and the metal mesh (30) is fixed to the hook member (20), mounting the outer form panel (50) after the insulator (2) is fixed to the fixing member (40), and pouring and curing the concrete between the inner form panel (10) and the outer form panel (50), the construction is convenient and the insulator (2) can be fixed at an accurate position.
본 발명은 중단열벽체를 효과적으로 시공할 수 있도록 된 새로운 중단열벽체 시공용 거푸집구조에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 중단열벽체 시공용 거푸집구조에 따르면, 상호 평행하게 이격되도록 구비된 내측거푸집패널(10)과, 상기 내측거푸집패널(10)의 외측면에 상호 측방향 또는 상하방향으로 이격되도록 구비된 다수개의 고리부재(20)와, 상기 내측거푸집패널(10)의 외측으로 일정간격 이격되도록 상기 고리부재(20)에 고정되는 금속망(30)과, 상기 금속망(30)의 외측면에 고정되는 고정구(40)와, 상기 고정구(40)에 고정되는 단열재(2)와, 상기 단열재(2)의 외측으로 이격되도록 구비된 외측거푸집패널(50)이 구비되어, 상기 내측거푸집패널(10)과 고리부재(20)를 설치하고, 상기 고리부재(20)에 금속망(30)을 고정한 후, 상기 금속망(30)에 고정구(40)를 고정하고, 상기 고정구(40)에 단열재(2)를 고정한 후, 상기 외측거푸집패널(50)을 설치하고, 상기 내측거푸집패널(10)과 외측거푸집패널(50)의 사이에 콘크리트를 타설 및 양생하여 중단열벽체를 시공할 수 있음으로, 시공이 편리하고, 상기 단열재(2)를 정확한 위치에 고정할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
