The present invention relates to an insulated sandwich concrete wall structure which is easy to construct. According to the present invention, an insulator fixing unit (A) comprises: a fixing unit body (60) comprising a support block (61) and a support shaft (62); and a fixing disc combined with the front end of the support shaft (62) to fix an insulator (20) to the inner surface of the support block (61). Therefore, the construction of an insulated sandwich concrete wall can be easier since there is no need to cut the insulator fixing unit (A).
본 발명은 시공이 용이한 새로운 중단열벽체 시공구조에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 중단열벽체 시공구조에 따르면, 상기 외부벽체(30)의 내부에는 외부철근(31)이 배근되고, 외측단은 상기 외부철근(31)에 고정되고 내측단에는 상기 단열재(20)가 결합되는 단열재고정구(A)를 더 포함하며, 상기 단열재고정구(A)는 내외측으로 연장된 블록형상으로 구성되어 상기 외부철근(31)에 결합되는 지지블록(61)과 상기 지지블록(61)의 내측면에서 내측으로 연장되어 상기 단열재(20)에 단열재(20)의 내외측면을 관통하도록 결합되는 지지축(62)으로 구성된 고정구본체(60)와, 상기 지지축(62)의 선단부에 결합되어 상기 단열재(20)가 상기 지지블록(61)의 내측면에 밀착고정되도록 고정하는 고정디스크(70)로 구성되어, 상기 외부철근(31)에 상기 고정구본체(60)를 고정한 후, 상기 고정구본체(60)의 지지축(62)에 단열재(20)를 결합하고, 상기 지지축(62)에 고정디스크(70)를 결합하여 상기 단열재(20)가 지지블록(61)과 고정디스크(70)의 사이에 고정되도록 함으로써, 상기 단열재(20)가 상기 내, 외부거푸집패널(40,50)의 사이에 상기 단열재(20)가 위치고정되도록 설치할 수 있다. 따라서, 상기 단열재고정구(A)가 상기 외부벽체(30)의 외부철근(31)에 고정됨으로, 상기 단열재고정구(A)가 내부거푸집패널(40)과 외부거푸집패널(50)을 관통하도록 결합되는 종래의 중단열벽체와 달리, 내부거푸집패널(40)과 외부거푸집패널(50)의 설치와 해체가 용이하고, 내부거푸집패널(40)과 외부거푸집패널(50)을 해체한 후, 단열재고정구(A)를 절단할 필요가 없어서, 중단열벽체의 시공이 더욱 용이한 장점이 있다.

본 발명은 시공이 용이한 새로운 중단열벽체 시공구조에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 중단열벽체 시공구조에 따르면, 상기 외부벽체(30)의 내부에는 외부철근(31)이 배근되고, 외측단은 상기 외부철근(31)에 고정되고 내측단에는 상기 단열재(20)가 결합되는 단열재고정구(A)를 더 포함하며, 상기 단열재고정구(A)는 내외측으로 연장된 블록형상으로 구성되어 상기 외부철근(31)에 결합되는 지지블록(61)과 상기 지지블록(61)의 내측면에서 내측으로 연장되어 상기 단열재(20)에 단열재(20)의 내외측면을 관통하도록 결합되는 지지축(62)으로 구성된 고정구본체(60)와, 상기 지지축(62)의 선단부에 결합되어 상기 단열재(20)가 상기 지지블록(61)의 내측면에 밀착고정되도록 고정하는 고정디스크(70)로 구성되어, 상기 외부철근(31)에 상기 고정구본체(60)를 고정한 후, 상기 고정구본체(60)의 지지축(62)에 단열재(20)를 결합하고, 상기 지지축(62)에 고정디스크(70)를 결합하여 상기 단열재(20)가 지지블록(61)과 고정디스크(70)의 사이에 고정되도록 함으로써, 상기 단열재(20)가 상기 내, 외부거푸집패널(40,50)의 사이에 상기 단열재(20)가 위치고정되도록 설치할 수 있다. 따라서, 상기 단열재고정구(A)가 상기 외부벽체(30)의 외부철근(31)에 고정됨으로, 상기 단열재고정구(A)가 내부거푸집패널(40)과 외부거푸집패널(50)을 관통하도록 결합되는 종래의 중단열벽체와 달리, 내부거푸집패널(40)과 외부거푸집패널(50)의 설치와 해체가 용이하고, 내부거푸집패널(40)과 외부거푸집패널(50)을 해체한 후, 단열재고정구(A)를 절단할 필요가 없어서, 중단열벽체의 시공이 더욱 용이한 장점이 있다.
