The present invention provides a swinging latch bolt assembly which prevents a latch bolt from being caught in the middle of a door frame (striker) while moving when opening and closing a door. The swinging latch bolt assembly is withdrawn and inserted in a mortise body by linking a rotary lever and an operating lever, and comprises: a latch head which is installed to allow a portion thereof to be exposed out of the mortise body, is rotatable in the mortise body, and includes an aligning post preventing an escape to the outside from inside the mortise body and being supported on an inner side of the mortise body, an inclined portion formed on a front end thereof, and a stopping end protruding from a portion of an end thereof; a stopper member which is connected to the operating lever, is moved in the mortise body in a longitudinal direction, and has a guide rib formed on a front thereof to be stopped on the stopping end to limit rotation of the latch head; and a pressing post wherein a front end thereof is fixed on the latch head, and an end thereof is elastically supported on the stopper member by a spring to press the latch head.
본 발명은 문을 개폐시 이동 도중에 래치볼트가 문틀(스트라이커) 중간에 걸리는 것을 방지하는 스윙형 래치볼트 조립체를 개시한다. 본 발명은 회전레버와 작동레버의 연동으로 모티스 본체의 내부에서 인출 및 인입되는 래치볼트 조립체에 있어서, 상기 모티스 본체의 외부로 일부가 노출되도록 설치되고, 상기 모티스 본체의 내부에서 선회가능하며, 상기 모티스 본체의 내부에서 외부로 이탈을 방지하고 상기 모티스 본체의 내측면에 지지되는 정렬 포스트가 형성되고 선단에 경사부분이 형성되며 말단의 일부에 걸림단이 돌출형성된 래치 헤드; 상기 작동레버에 연결되고 상기 모티스 본체의 내부에서 길이방향으로 이동되고 상기 걸림단에 걸리도록 전방에 가이드 리브가 형성되어 상기 래치 헤드의 선회를 제한하는 스토퍼 부재; 및 상기 래치 헤드에 선단이 고정되고 상기 스토퍼 부재에 말단이 스프링에 의해 탄성지지되어 상기 래치 헤드를 가압하는 가압 포스트를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.
