The present invention relates to a hinge reinforcement with an integral protective cover and a hinge installation method using the same, by which it is possible to shorten the working time by providing the hinge reinforcement and the protective cover in an integrated state so that only the hinge reinforcement is welded at a construction site. In addition, the width of the portion where the hinge bolt is received in the protective cover is reduced to a minimum, so that it is possible to prevent the deterioration of the heat insulation and the sound insulation efficiency. In addition, the hinge bolt and the receiving portion thereof coincide with each other at an accurate position, so that the integration work of the hinge reinforcement and the protection cover can be quickly achieved. According to the present invention, a hinge reinforcement with an integral protective cover includes the hinge reinforcement including a fixing portion in which an upper portion and a front surface of a lower portion are welded to each other in an inside thereof in which a hinge installing hole is formed in a door frame to install a hinge, and an installing portion extending and protruding rearward between the upper and lower fixing portions to fix the hinge and formed with a plurality of hinge bolt holes to be coupled to hinge bolts; the protective cover formed of a plate and having a front surface disposed on a rear surface of the installing portion, wherein the protective cover is formed with a bolt receiving portion which is recessed rearward at respective positions corresponding to the hinge bolt holes, and receives a threaded portion of the hinge bolt that passes through the hinge bolt hole; fixing means for fixing the protective cover integrally to a rear surface of the installing portion; and positioning means for matching the hinge bolt hole and the bolt receiving portion to the correct position.
본 발명은 보호커버가 일체로 구비된 경첩보강대 및 그를 이용한 경첩 설치방법에 관한 것으로서, 경첩보강대와 보호커버를 일체화된 상태로 납품하여 시공현장에서는 경첩보강대만을 용접 고정시켜 작업시간을 단축하게 하고, 또한 보호커버에서 경첩볼트를 수용하는 부분의 넓이를 최소로 줄여 단열 및 방음 효율이 저하됨을 방지하며, 더불어 경첩볼트와 그 수용하는 부분이 정확한 위치에 일치하도록 구성하여 경첩보강대와 보호커버의 일체화 작업을 신속하게 이룰 수 있도록, 경첩을 설치하기 위해서 문틀에 개구된 경첩설치구멍이 형성된 내부에 상부와 하부의 전면이 용접으로 고정되는 고정부와, 상기 상,하부의 고정부 사이에서 후방으로 깊이를 갖도록 연장 돌출되며, 경첩을 고정하는 경첩볼트와 체결되도록 관통된 복수의 경첩볼트구멍이 형성된 설치부로 이루어진 경첩보강대; 판체로 형성되어 그 전면이 상기 설치부의 후면에 배치되고, 상기 복수의 경첩볼트구멍과 대응하는 각각 위치에 후방으로 오목하게 형성되어 경첩볼트구멍을 통과한 경첩볼트의 나사부를 수용하는 볼트수용부가 형성된 보호커버 상기 설치부 후면에 보호커버를 일체로 고정하는 고정수단으로 구성과 더불어, 상기 경첩볼트구멍과 볼트수용부가 정위치에 일치시키는 위치결정수단이 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다.
