The present invention relates to a clamping device with a seismic function for a water tank and, more specifically, to a clamping device with a seismic function for a water tank, which absorbs vibration to maintain a stable fixed state even if huge vibration, such as earthquake, occurs, so as to enhance reliability and durability. According to the present invention, the clamping device for a water tank to fix a base frame (2) supporting the lower surface of the water tank (1) on a concrete base part (4) comprises: an absorption pad (10) inserted between the base frame (2) and the concrete base part (4); a pad housing (30) to cover the upper and side surfaces of the absorption pad (10); a base fixing plate (20) fixed to the concrete base part (4) by an anchor bolt (50) when a vertical connection part (22) integrally connect a fixing part (21) and a support part (23) closely adhered to the concrete base part (4), wherein the fixing part (21) is obliquely formed to cover the upper surface of the lower side of the base frame (2) when the base frame (2) is mounted on the upper part of the pad housing (30); a reinforcement rib (24) integrally installed between the vertical connection part (22) and the support part (23) by partial welding; and a plate (40) disposed between the lower surface part of the pad housing (30) and the absorption pad (10), and the concrete base part (4), wherein the thickness of the absorption pad (10) is greater than that of a space between the pad housing (30) and the plate (40).
본 발명은 내진기능을 갖는 물탱크의 클램핑장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 지진과 같은 큰 진동이 발생되더라도 그 진동을 흡수하여 안정된 고정상태를 유지할 수 있어 신뢰성과 내구성을 향상시킬 수 있도록 발명된 것이다.본 발명의 구성은, 물탱크(1)의 하부면을 지지하는 베이스 프레임(2)을 콘크리트 바닥부(4)에 고정시키는 물탱크의 클램핑장치에 있어서;상기 베이스 프레임(2)과 콘크리트 바닥부(4) 사이로 끼워 설치되는 흡수패드(10)와;상기 흡수패드(10)의 상부면과 측면을 커버하는 패드하우징(30)과;이 패드하우징(30)의 상부에 베이스 프레임(2)을 안착시킨 상태로 베이스 프에임(2)의 하측 상부면을 덮어지도록 경사지게 성형되는 고정부(21)와, 콘크리트 바닥부(4)에 밀착되는 지지부(23)를 수직연결부(22)가 일체로 연결된 상태로 앵커볼트(50)에 의해 콘크리트 바닥부(4)에 고정되는 베이스 고정대(20)와;상기 수직연결부(22)와 지지부(23) 사이에 부분용접에 의해 일체를 이루도록 설치되는 보강리브(24)와;상기 패드하우징(30) 및 흡수패드(10)의 저면부와 콘크리트 바닥부(4) 사이에 위치되는 플레이트(40)를 구비하되,상기 흡수패드(10)의 두께는 패드하우징(30)과 플레이트(40) 사이의 공간두께 보다 큰 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a clamping device with a seismic function for a water tank and, more specifically, to a clamping device with a seismic function for a water tank, which absorbs vibration to maintain a stable fixed state even if huge vibration, such as earthquake, occurs, so as to enhance reliability and durability. According to the present invention, the clamping device for a water tank to fix a base frame (2) supporting the lower surface of the water tank (1) on a concrete base part (4) comprises: an absorption pad (10) inserted between the base frame (2) and the concrete base part (4); a pad housing (30) to cover the upper and side surfaces of the absorption pad (10); a base fixing plate (20) fixed to the concrete base part (4) by an anchor bolt (50) when a vertical connection part (22) integrally connect a fixing part (21) and a support part (23) closely adhered to the concrete base part (4), wherein the fixing part (21) is obliquely formed to cover the upper surface of the lower side of the base frame (2) when the base frame (2) is mounted on the upper part of the pad housing (30); a reinforcement rib (24) integrally installed between the vertical connection part (22) and the support part (23) by partial welding; and a plate (40) disposed between the lower surface part of the pad housing (30) and the absorption pad (10), and the concrete base part (4), wherein the thickness of the absorption pad (10) is greater than that of a space between the pad housing (30) and the plate (40).
