The present invention relates to a prefabricated water tank with seismic and external reinforcement functions, which selectively adjusts a height of a water tank by an operation of a height adjustment member by fixing seismic foundations on a lower portion of a bottom at regular intervals and allows an impact absorbing unit to alleviate an impact when a lateral force is created by an earthquake to maximize seismic performance, forms a corner post to be bent in multiple stages to reinforce stiffness and fixes a staple-shaped post plate on both sides of a middle plate of a middle post to additionally reinforce stiffness, includes an internal wave protection unit in a wall to reinforce the interior of the water tank and disperse sloshing of water caused by an earthquake to prevent deformation of the water tank, and maintains a tension state of a reinforcing wire by operating a turn buckle of an external reinforcing unit arranged on an outer side of the middle post of the wall to increase tensile strength against the pressure of water stored in the water tank.
본 발명은 바닥부의 하부에 일정간격으로 내진기초가 고정되어 높이조절부재의 조작으로 물탱크의 높낮이를 선택적으로 조절하고 지진으로 인한 횡력 발생시 완충부가 충격을 완화시켜 내진성능을 극대화하며, 모서리지주를 다단으로 절곡되게 형성하여 강성을 보강하고 중간지주의 중간판재 양측에 'ㄷ'자로 절곡형성된 지주판재를 고정하여 강성을 추가로 보강하고, 벽체부 내부에 내부방파부가 구비되어 물탱크 내부를 보강하면서 지진 발생으로 인한 물의 출렁임을 분산시켜 물탱크의 변형을 방지하며, 벽체부의 중간지주 외측면에 구비되는 외부보강부의 턴버클을 조작하여 보강와이어의 긴장상태를 유지하므로 물탱크에 저장된 물의 수압에 대한 인장강도를 증가시키는 내진 및 외부보강 기능을 구비한 조립식 물탱크에 관한 것이다.
