Deck Clip for Assembling Upper Plate of Wood Deck
The present invention provides a deck clip for assembling a wood deck upper plate. The purpose of the present invention is to stably maintain an assembly relationship between upper plates while efficiently preventing deformation of an upper plate by contacting and fixing all or a part of upper plates of a wood deck. The deck clip for assembling a wood deck upper plate comprises: a base fixing piece which is extended and formed to have front and rear regions divided toward an upper plate arrangement direction from wood deck, contacts and supports an upper plate on the upper part, and has a screw hole formed on at least one side of the front and rear regions; an extension support piece which divides and compartments the front and rear regions of the base fixing piece, extends in a vertical perpendicular direction to the upper part of the base fixing piece, and extends by a height corresponding to the entire thickness of the upper plate; and an upper fixing piece which extends in a front and rear straight direction on the upper end of the extension support piece and contacts and supports the upper surface of the upper plate which is arranged back and forth on the basis of the extension support piece.
본 발명은 목재 데크의 상판 사이마다 전체 또는 부분적으로 접촉 고정하여 상판 자체적인 변형을 효율적으로 방지하면서 상판 간의 조립관계를 안정적으로 유지함을 제공하도록, 목재 데크 중 상판 배치방향을 향해 전후방 영역을 구분한 채 연장 형성되어 상부에 상판을 접촉 지지하고, 전후방 영역 중 적어도 어느 한쪽에 나사홀을 형성하는 베이스고정편과; 상기 베이스고정편의 전후방 영역을 구분 구획하며 상기 베이스고정편의 상부에 수직직각방향으로 연장형성되되 상판의 전체두께에 대응되는 높이만큼 연장형성되는 연장지지편과; 상기 연장지지편의 상단에 전후 직선방향으로 연장 형성되고, 상기 연장지지편을 기준으로 전후로 배치되는 상판의 상면을 접촉 지지하는 상부고정편;을 포함하는 목재 데크 상판 조립용 데크 클립을 제공한다.
