The present invention relates to a fixture for an insulation of a slab, in which the insulation is disposed on a top surface of a form, and concrete is placed in the form to construct the slab, the fixture comprising: a support (2) of a plate shape disposed on a top surface of the insulation; and a fixing pin (3) protruding downwardly from one end of the support (2). The support (2) is provided with a plurality of locking protrusions (8) protruding downwardly from a bottom surface and engaging with the insulation when the support is mounted on the insulation. The fixing pin (3) has a lower fixing portion (13) downwardly protruding from the bottom surface of the support (2) and penetrating through a hole (21) formed in the form, thereby firmly fixing the insulation not to protrude outwardly from the slab or not to be moved in a lateral direction. It is possible to prevent the insulation from being pushed or broken due to the weight of the concrete at placing the concrete. Moreover, it is possible to prevent the end of the slab from being irregularly formed due to the pushing of the insulation, thereby preventing occurrence of reconstruction costs and additional costs.
본 발명은 슬라브 단열재 고정구에 관한 것으로, 단열재를 거푸집 상면에 배치, 고정하고 그 위로 콘크리트를 타설하여 슬라브를 시공하기 위하여, 상기 거푸집에 대하여 단열재를 고정하는 슬라브 단열재 고정구에 있어서, 상기 단열재 상면에 배치되는 판상의 지지부(2)와, 상기 지지부(2)의 일측 단부에서 일체로 적어도 하방으로 돌출되게 형성된 고정핀(3)을 포함하며, 상기 지지부(2)는 그 저면에서 하방으로 돌출되어 단열재에 장착시 단열재와 맞물리는 복수의 물림돌기(8)들이 형성되어 있으며, 상기 고정핀(3)은 지지부(2)의 저면에서 하방으로 돌출되어 거푸집에 형성된 홀(21)을 관통하여 맞물리는 고정하부(13)를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하여 구성됨으로써, 단열재가 슬라브 외부로 돌출되거나 측방으로 이동되지 않게 견고히 고정함으로써, 콘크리트 타설시 콘크리트의 중량에 의해 단열재가 밀리는 현상 및 단열재의 파손을 방지함과 함께, 단열재가 밀림에 따라 슬라브 단부가 불규칙하게 형성되는 것을 방지하여, 재시공 및 추가비용이 발생하지 않는 효과가 있다.
