The present invention relates to an apparatus to automatically connect a hydraulic hose of an excavator, which is formed at both ends of a clamp for mounting an attachment to the front end part of an excavator arm to connect the hydraulic hose of the excavator to a hydraulic hose of the attachment. According to the present invention, the apparatus to automatically connect the hydraulic hose of the excavator comprises: an excavator connector coupled to an arm clamp; and an attachment connector coupled to an attachment clamp. The excavator clamp comprises: a body including a coupling part to be coupled to the clamp; a male valve connection hole formed in the body; a male valve coupled to the male valve connection hole; and a guide protrusion guide hole formed on both sides of the male valve connection hole. The attachment connector comprises: a body including a coupling part coupled to the clamp; a female coupling hole formed in the body; a female valve coupled to the female valve coupling hole; and a guide protrusion formed on both sides of the female valve coupling hole. Accordingly, the excavator connector and the attachment connector are separately installed on both sides of the clamp, and are mutually guided by the guide protrusion and the guide protrusion guide hole, thereby inducing stable and strong coupling. When the excavator connector and the attachment connector come in contact with each other by coupling, a pressing protrusion of the excavator connector presses a valve part of the male valve, such that an operation fluid automatically flows, thereby providing convenience in use and quickness in work.

본 발명은 어태치먼트와, 상기 어태치먼트를 굴삭기 아암 선단부에 장착하기 위한 클램프와, 상기 클램프의 양단에 각각 분리되도록 형성되어 굴삭기의 유압호스를 어태치먼트의 유압호스에 연결하기 위한 굴삭기용 유압호스 자동 연결장치에 있어서, 상기 아암 쪽 클램프에 결합되는 굴삭기용 연결구와, 어태치먼트 쪽 클램프에 결합되는 어태치먼트용 연결구로 이루어지되, 상기 굴삭기용 연결구는 클램프에 결합하기 위한 결합부를 구비하는 몸체와, 상기 몸체에 형성되는 숫밸브연결공과, 상기 숫밸브연결공에 결합되는 숫밸브와, 상기 숫밸브연결공 양측에 형성되는 가이드돌기 유도공으로 이루어지고, 상기 어태치먼트용 연결구는 클램프에 결합하기 위한 결합부를 구비하는 몸체와, 상기 몸체에 형성되는 암밸브 결합공과, 상기 암밸브 결합공에 결합되는 암밸브와, 상기 암밸브 결합공 양측에 형성되는 가이드돌기로 구성되는 굴삭기용 유압호스 자동 연결장치를 제공하기 위한 것으로, 본 발명의 효과로는 클램프의 양쪽에 굴삭기용 연결구와 어태치먼트용 연결구를 분리하여 설치하되 이들이 서로 가이드돌기와 가이드유도공에 의해 서로 안내되어 안정적이고 견고한 결합을 유도할 수 있고, 상기 결합에 의해 굴삭기용 연결구와 어태치먼트용 연결구가 서로 맞대게 되면 굴삭기용 연결구의 가압돌기가 숫밸브의 밸브부를 눌러서 작동유가 자동적으로 흐르게 할 수 있어 사용의 편리성과 작업의 신속성을 기할 수 있는 매우 유용한 발명인 것이다.
