CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR APARTMENT'S CEILING SLAB
The present invention relates to a method for constructing a ceiling slab of an apartment, the method comprising a first step of fabricating a composite slab including a rebar with a portion protruding upwardly from concrete, a sound/heat insulation material disposed below the rebar, a plaster board attached to a bottom surface of the sound/heat insulation material, and the concrete placed and cured on the sound/heat insulation material so that a portion of the rebar protrudes upwardly. The insulation material is subjected to anti-pollution treatment by a surface processing member. The method can simplify a process to shorten a construction period, reduce elements required for safety and quality, reduce generation of wastes at construction, and prevent foreign currency waste. Various construction tools for constructing the ceiling slab are easily maintained before or after the construction.
본 발명은, 일부가 콘크리트 상부로 돌출되도록 구성한 철근, 상기 철근의 하부에 배치된 차음 및 단열재와, 상기 차음 및 단열재의 밑면에 부착한 석고보드와, 상기 차음 및 단열재의 위에 철근의 일부가 상부로 돌출되도록 타설하여 양생된 콘크리트가 구비되는 합성슬라브를 제작하는 제1 공정을 포함하되, 상기 단열재는 표면처리 가공수단을 통해 오염방지 가공 처리된 아파트 천장슬라브 시공방법을 제공한다. 따라서, 공정을 단순화하여 공사기간을 단축하고, 그에 따라 안전 및 품질관리의 요소가 감소하고, 시공시 폐기물의 발생이 없고 외화의 낭비를 방지하며, 천장슬라브 시공을 위한 각종 시공수단들의 취급에 있어 설치 전 유지 보수는 물론 설치 후의 유지 보수 관리가 용이한 아파트 천장슬라브 시공방법을 제공할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
