MULTIFUNCTIONAL SAFETY TOWER
The present invention relates to a multifunctional safety guard tower that may be installed in a river which is concerned with flooding or areas where safety is required so that it can check various risk factors in real time or notify the surroundings of the risk factors by video or audio depending upon the risk factors, inform a control center and the like of the current risk factor using an emergency call button in an emergency. At other times, it can be utilized for advertisement broadcasting or lighting. In order to achieve this, the multifunctional safety guard tower according to the present invention comprises: n tower units (where, n is two or more integers); a security and anticrime image acquisition module installed in each of the tower units; a water level detection module installed in each of the tower units; an external display module installed in each of the tower units; an emergency calling module installed in each of the tower units; a voice guidance module installed in each of the tower units; a wireless communication module installed in each of the tower units for allowing the tower units to perform wireless communication therebetween; and an independent control module installed in each of the tower units for receiving, when a risky water level is detected by a water level detection module installed in one tower unit of the tower units, a water level detection value of a water level detection module installed in other tower unit of the tower units through the wireless communication module and comparing and determining them.
본 발명은 범람이 우려되는 하천이나 안전이 요구된 지역 등에 설치하여 각종 위험 요소를 실시간으로 체크하거나 위험 요소에 따라 영상이나 음성으로 주변에 알리고, 비상 시 비상 호출용 버튼을 통해 현재 위험 요소를 관제센터 등에 알릴 수 있으며, 평상 시 광고 방송이나 조명등으로 활용할 수 있도록 한 다기능형 안전지킴타워에 관한 것이다. 이를 구현하기 위하여, 본 발명에 따른 다기능형 안전지킴타워는, n(단, n은 2이상의 정수임)개의 타워유닛; 상기 각 타워유닛에 설치되는 보안 및 방범용 영상획득모듈; 상기 각 타워유닛에 설치되는 수위감지모듈; 상기 각 타워유닛에 설치되는 외부표시모듈; 상기 각 타워유닛에 설치되는 비상호출모듈; 상기 각 타워유닛에 설치되는 음성안내모듈; 상기 각 타워유닛에 설치되어 상기 각 타워유닛 끼리 무선통신을 수행하도록 하는 무선통신모듈; 및 상기 각 타워유닛에 설치되고, 상기 각 타워유닛 중 하나의 타워유닛에 설치된 수위감지모듈에 의해 위험 수위 감지 시 다른 타워유닛에 설치된 수위감지모듈의 수위 감지값을 상기 무선통신모듈을 통해 전달받아 비교 판단하게 되는 독립제어모듈;을 포함하여 이루어지도록 구현한다.
