Soundproof panel with detachable double frame structure
The present invention relates to a soundproof panel for use in a soundproof wall installed in surroundings of a road, a rail road or stadium to protect residential or commercial areas from noises. The soundproof panel includes an outer frame interposed between posts spaced at regular intervals; an inner frame inserted in the outer frame and engaged to the outer frame in a state of being separated from the outer frame; and a fixing member for fixing the inner frame inserted into the outer frame. In case of replacing middle and lower soundproof panels in the soundproof wall with the soundproof panels vertically stacked, only the inner frame of the soundproof panel can be quickly and easily separated from the front surface of the soundproof wall. Moreover, in case of replacing the inner frame, only the inner frame can be easily inserted into and fixed to the outer frame of the soundproof panel, thereby improving work efficiency. Since only the inner frame having a transparent panel is easily replaced, without replacing the whole soundproof panel, it is possible to shorten working time and costs, and effectively maintain the soundproof wall.
본 발명은 도로나 철로 혹은 경기장 주변에 설치되어 소음으로부터 주거 및 업무 공간을 보호하기 위한 방음벽에 사용되는 방음패널에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 서로 이격 설치된 지주의 사이로 삽입되게 한 외부프레임과, 상기 외부프레임의 내측에 삽입되어 외부프레임으로부터 분리 및 결합되게 한 내부프레임과, 상기 외부프레임이 삽입된 내부프레임에 대한 고정수단으로 된 방음패널을 구비함으로써, 수직방향으로 방음패널이 적층된 형태의 방음벽에 있어 중간 및 하측의 방음패널에 대한 교체가 필요한 경우 해당 방음패널의 내부프레임만 방음벽의 전면에서 신속하고 간편하게 분리시킬 수 있는 것은 물론 내부프레임에 대한 교체시에도 해당 방음패널의 외부프레임에 대하여 내부프레임만을 간편하게 삽입 및 고정시킬 수 있어 작업 효율성이 매우 뛰어난 것이며, 방음패널 전체를 교체하는 것이 아니라 투시패널을 갖는 내부프레임만을 간단하게 교체하는 것이므로 작업 시간의 단축 및 작업 비용의 절감과 함께 방음벽에 대한 안전하고 효율적인 유지 및 관리가 이루어질 수 있는 것이다.
