Disclosed is a soundproof plate fixture for soundproof tunnels. Specifically, provided is a soundproof plate fixture for soundproof tunnels, capable of improving sound absorption and dispersion effects while installation and maintenance of a soundproof plate are simple and easy. To this end, the soundproof plate fixture comprises: a holder having symmetrically formed corrugations on both sides thereof and having coupling hooks formed at the upper ends of the corrugations; a support member inserted and fixed to a groove on the holder, and comprising a hook groove formed in a shape corresponding to the coupling hook at both upper edges, an insertion groove formed at the upper center, a hanging projection symmetrically formed at the corner of the insertion groove, and a packing insertion groove formed at both upper edges; a clamp fixating by surrounding a lateral side and upper side of edges on which the support member and the soundproof plates face each other, and comprising an insert part inserted into the insertion groove at the center and a hanging groove having a shape corresponding to the hanging projection at both corner of the insertion part; a first packing for blocking a gap between the support member and the soundproof plate to prevent noise leakage; a cap maintaining a coupling state as a central portion of a bottom surface is elastically inserted into the insertion part of the clamp by elastic deformation; and a second packing for blocking a gap between the clamp, the soundproof plate, and the cap to prevent water from leaking into the soundproof plate.
본 발명은 방음판의 설치 및 유지보수가 간편하고 용이하면서 소음의 흡음 및 분산 효과를 높이는 방음터널용 방음판 고정구를 제공하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명에서는 양쪽 측면에 주름부가 대칭적으로 형성되고, 상기 주름부들의 상단에 결합후크가 각각 형성된 홀더, 상기 홀더의 홈에 삽입 고정하도록 형성되고, 상부의 양쪽 가장자리에 상기 결합후크와 대응하는 형상으로 후크홈이 형성되고, 상면의 중앙부에 삽입홈이 형성되고 상기 삽입홈의 구석에 대칭적으로 걸림돌기가 형성되며, 상면의 양쪽 가장자리에 패킹 끼움홈이 형성된 지지 형재, 상기 지지 형재와 상기 방음판들의 서로 마주보는 테두리 상면과 측면을 감싸듯이 고정하도록 형성되고, 중앙부에 상기 삽입홈에 삽입되는 삽입부가 형성되고, 상기 삽입부의 양쪽 모서리에 상기 걸림돌기와 대응하는 형상의 걸림홈이 형성된 클램프, 상기 지지 형재과 방음판 사이의 틈을 차단하여 소음 누설을 막는 제1패킹, 상기 클램프의 삽입부에 하면의 중앙부가 탄성 변형에 의해 탄력적으로 끼워져 결합 상태를 유지하도록 형성된 캡 및 상기 클램프와 방음판 및 상기 캡 사이의 틈을 차단하여 물이 방음판의 안쪽으로 새어들어가지 않도록 막는 제2패킹을 포함하는 방음터널용 방음판 고정구를 개시한다.
